Full description of the invention:-
The present invention "Auto Pressure Controller for Natural draft wood fired steam boiler" is the
additional safety device and pressure regulator for the wood fired natural draft steam boiler.
As shown in the fig. no-1, this is a sketch of the system fitted in the boiler.
In the boiler no-I, the wood gate no-2 is closed after feeding the woods, hence, the air sucking start blow the
grate and it goes by the gate no-8 by the natural thermal draft. If the pressure raises beyond the safe limit, the
condensate no-4, push the piston-5, against the adjustable spring-6, toward closing position of the pressure
controlling butterfly-3.
The butterfly closes the air incoming as the pressure reached beyond the adjusted pressure by the adjuster
spring-6.or even more, if the pressure rise the highest level, the lever-11 actuate and pull the link rod-10, at
downward and the safety valve-9, will opened widely and the pressure release fast.
As soon as the pressure drops, the spring got rid back and the safty valve will close firs than the butterfly gate re
start to open and consequently, the incoming air start to go into the grate and the firing will restart vigorously.
In this way, the pressure remains stable in the safe limit and the risk of any damage are eliminated.

"Auto pressure controller for natural drafts wood fired steam boiler" is my own invention. In this system three in one control for out pressure prompt release of pressure and IIIrd water extinguisher.
2. That--it is the additional safety device
3. That the power source, to operate the device is its own steam power; no any outer sb&k&d&%SGn this
system.
4. That the pressure safety valve may be attached with this system to fast release the steam pressure.
5. That there may be the danger alert alarm.may be connected to this devices.
6. That a spray of the water in to the firebox may be connected to this mechanism to sudden down the fire.
