and keyhole groove provide ease in moving the cutting/pastry board. The board segments can

board is compact for easy storage or dishwasher cleansing.
US5527022 A discloses a cutting board for cutting food articles comprising a relatively flat
rectangular body with a handle, a cutting surface, a bottom surface, a juice channel, a sloping
guide plane and leveling means. The cutting surface is curved to allow fluid to flow into the juice
channel, the juice channel having grooves to allow fluid in the juice channel to be poured out.
Raised teeth protruding from the cutting surface grip the article being cut. After the article is cut,
it is guided off the cutting board by way of the shovel chute.

Working of the Invention:
The Figure 1 depicts the normal top view of the embodiment. The embodiment encloses the
Wireless chatbot (11) for controlling the chopping board panel (B) and is used for users’ personal
assistance and interaction (14). The chatbot (11) includes the introductory greeting with user and
the guide as user manual for “how to use the chopping board “. The automated chopping board

The figure 2 depicts the UV-Rays reflector comprises of sliding tray (17) (reflector is placed over
tray) for sanitization of veggies and after the food items get sanitized the chopping tray will move
up using the ‘L’ shaped slider (8) and get fixed into the surface. The tray (17) after getting fixed
to the surface is ready for chopping of food items. The chopping board (B) will slide In and Out or
up and down using ‘L’ shaped slider (8).
The figure 3 depicts the sanitization chamber (16) where veggies are sanitized by adapting the
UV-Rays sanitization methodology using UV-Rays reflector (4). The different sized blades (6) and
pattern based knifes (7) along with chopping tray get sanitized by using UV-Rays reflector (4).
The figure 4 depicts that chopping tray (B) will lift along with the food item to be chopped after
the tray (B) and food item get sanitized (16).
The figure 5 depictsthe weighing tray (1) where the food items fall after getting chopped and the
item get weighed using digital display panel.
The figure 6 depicts the setup for different sized blades at the knife part ‘A’ (7(a)). The knife
moves alongside by using horizontal slider (8) and a knife rotator (9). The knife rotator (9) will
help the blade to rotate horizontally and vertically to pop out and pop in the blade frame (7) and
to align the blade (7(a), 7(b)) in the position to chop the food item by simultaneously. The
different sized and shaped blades (6) are arranged in the arrangement.
The figure 7 depicts the set up for pattern-based chopping of food items at the pattern-based
knife part ‘B’ (7(b)). The pattern-based knife (7(a), 7(b)) pops in and out of the knife frame (7)
using the knife rotator (9) and sliders (8). The food item gets a good hold by automated arm for
holding and pushing food item through the pattern-based knife (7). The food item after getting
chopped will fall on the weighing tray (1) where the food item gets weighed and collected.
The Automated chopping system (A) is consisting of Arduino Integrated AI based system (12)
which will detect the food item and sent the information to wirelessly connected chatbot (11).
The chatbot (11) will gather veggies information and will transmit related information such as
calories and possible recipes related to the veggies.
