Abstract: The global COVID-19 pandemic due to the novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 has challenged the availability of traditional surface disinfectants. To address the need of the World health organization and the certified sanitizing system is a solution for personnel and surface decontamination. To overcome the problem developed Automated Multi Terrain Sanitizing AI Robot Using Roger Bogie Mechanism. The Robot is fully functioning with automation. Initially the path will be laid in the floor. The robot will follow and sanitizing the surface with the help of laid path. The portable sanitizer unit is attached to the top of the mobile robot. The system integrates a Nozzle and is used to spray the Sanitizer around the environment. The mobile robot main components consist of a DC motor, Arduino UNO microcontroller, Motor driver, High Pressure Sanitizer motor, High pressurized Nozzle, Battery, DC Converters, Proximity Sensors, Rack and pinion setup are used. The frame is made up of a PVC pipe with a dimension of 450 mm length and 300 mm height. The frame acts as a base and is used to assemble all the components. The system is capable of sanitizing the floors of various areas. The application area can include Hospitals, Schools, Auditorium, Cinema theatre, Playing Stadium etc.
Claims:1. Automated Multi Terrain Sanitizing Robot embedded with DC motor, Arduino UNO microcontroller, Motor driver, High Pressure Sanitizer motor, High pressurized Nozzle, Battery, DC Converters, Proximity Sensors, Rack and pinion.
2. According to Claim 1, wherein the IR proximity Sensor is used for the purpose to detect the obstacles Infront of the robot.
3. According to Claim 1, a Mist Nozzle is used for spraying the sanitizer with high pressure.
4. According to Claim 1, a Rack and Pinion arrangement is installed for the movement of Nozzle Up and down position.
5. A unique feature of this Robot, Roger Bogie mechanism is used specially for stability of vehicle.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
In this pandemic period sanitizing mechanism plays a major role. Nowadays several methods are used for the sanitization purpose with involvement of human beings. These humans also had a chance affected by this disease. To overcome this problem, we developed a robot vehicle to move in all terrain areas for sanitizing the floors, walls, etc. This vehicle will reduce human involvement in all sanitization aspects. This vehicle The Robot is fully functioning with automation. Initially the path will be laid in the floor. The robot will follow and sanitizing the surface with the help of laid path. The portable sanitizer unit is attached to the top of the mobile robot. The system integrates a Nozzle and is used to spray the Sanitizer around the environment. This Sanitization vehicle can move in all the Terrain surfaces and sanitize the floors, walls, etc. the nozzle will move Up and Down by using the Rack and Pinion mechanism. The objective of this invention is to reduce the spreading of infectious virus.
Rocker bogie mechanism is used for this Rover vehicle. The "rocker" part of the suspension comes from the rocking aspect of the larger, body-mounted linkage on each side of the rover. The "bogie" part of the suspension refers to the smaller linkage that pivots to the rocker in the middle and which has a drive wheel at each end. This Roger Bogie mechanism will ensure the stability of the vehicle. A rack and pinion is a type of linear actuator that comprises a circular gear (the pinion) engaging a linear gear (the rack), which operate to translate rotational motion into linear motion. This setup will actuate the Mist nozzle up and down position as per the requirement.

IR Proximity Sensor for line follower and Obstacle sensing Robots - IR Sensor
A proximity sensor is a sensor able to detect the presence of nearby objects without any physical contact. A proximity sensor often emits an electromagnetic field or a beam of electromagnetic radiation (infrared, for instance), and looks for changes in the field or return signal. The object being sensed is often referred to as the proximity sensor's target. Different proximity sensor targets demand different sensors. For example, a capacitive proximity sensor or photoelectric sensor might be suitable for a plastic target; an inductive proximity sensor always requires a metal target. Proximity sensors can have a high reliability and long functional life because of the absence of mechanical parts and lack of physical contact between the sensor and the sensed object.
Arduino UNO
Arduino UNO is a microcontroller board based on the ATmega328P. It has 14 digital input/output pins (of which 6 can be used as PWM outputs), 6 analog inputs, a 16 MHz ceramic resonator, a USB connection, a power jack, an ICSP header and a reset button. It contains everything needed to support the microcontroller; simply connect it to a computer with a USB cable or power it with an AC-to-DC adapter or battery to get started.
Rack and Pinion Setup:
A rack and pinion is a type of linear actuator that comprises a circular gear (the pinion) engaging a linear gear (the rack), which operate to translate rotational motion into linear motion. Driving the pinion into rotation causes the rack to be driven linearly. Driving the rack linearly will cause the pinion to be driven into a rotation. A rack and pinion drive can use both straight and helical gears. This set up is used for the movement of Nozzle up and down position.
