DESC:2
[001] The present subject matter relates to an automatic detection system or device for automobile. Particularly it relates to a detection device to detect the missing component or part of the automobile, particularly in the commercial vehicles.
[002] It is commonly observed that the one of reason of rejection of cabin of the automobile is missing of component(s) or part(s) in the cabin of the automobile. Normally the missing parts or components get detects in the inspection process of cabin of automobile, which may the last process of complete process life cycle. Since the detection of missing parts or components occurred manually, it appears to be tedious and time-consuming process and it is also a common incident and occurred frequently.
[003] In the conventional manual welding fixtures process, there is no provision for detecting a presence or absence of components or parts of the automobile. Further, due to the manual process, it may operate and control by operator, wherein there is a high chance of missing or misplaced of components or parts of the automobile resultant leads to rejection or failure of automobile, preferably heavy commercial vehicles. Therefore, the complete activities incur a huge and major productivity loss in cabin welding line and appears to be a costly affair. In the conventional manual welding fixtures, there is no provision for detecting presence or absence of missing or misplace components or parts of the automobile/vehicles. The manual or physical procedures or methodology is the existing mechanism or way to check the presence or absence or missing or misplace of the component/sub-component/part in the automobile/vehicle/truck assembly. Further due to manual operating procedure or mechanism, there may a high and potential chances and risks of missing or misplace of component/sub-component /child part of the vehicle/automobile/truck, which leads to vehicle or truck cabin rejection at the end of the operation i.e. during main body welding process. This leads to major productivity loss in cabin welding line, when cabin get rejected, due to missing or misplace of parts or components.
3
[004] The solution to the above problem may be a PLC based welding fixture. But it is complicated to design and highly expensive and difficult to maintain.
[005] Therefore, there is an unmet need of cost effective automatic detection system to detect the missing or misplace of the part or component of the cabin of the vehicle or truck to avoid the obvious erroneous of missing or misplace of the part or component of the cabin of the vehicle or truck in the manual inspection process.
[006] The present subject matter solves the aforementioned and other problems by providing an automatic detection system to detect and identify the missing or misplace part or component of the cabin of the vehicle or truck during the inspection process.
[007] The present subject matter relates to an automatic detection system to detect the missing part or component of the cabin of the vehicle or truck comprising a detection sensor unit to detect the missing of part or component of the cabin of the truck, a control unit, an indicator and buzzer unit and a display unit and a combination thereof.
[008] In the detection process, the presence of part or component activates the detection sensor unit. The detection sensor unit relays or transmits signal to the control unit. Then control unit activates the indicator and the buzzer to indicate presence/absence of parts on components of the display unit with sound beep. Here the buzzer beeps a sound to indicate the absence of part or component in the cabin of the vehicle or truck.
[009] The detection process of missing or misplace of part or component in the cabin of vehicle may be illustrated in following manner.
[0010] In the scenario of missing or misplace of a part or a component by the way of not loaded or put on the fixture, the red light gets glow and the buzzer start beeping a sound. Hence due to missing of part or component, the indicator lamps on control unit are in off position. Also welding guns get deactivated & unable to operate. Based on the indication, the operator loads missing or misplace part or component into the welding fixture & clamp the part or component with fixture unit.
The moment the missing or misplaced part get loaded, the limit switch gets activated & corresponding indicator lamp start glowing on control unit. By following and adopting said procedures, all the parts or components get loaded on the fixture resultant glowing of the green light on the control unit. The glowing of green light activates welding guns, thereby operator proceed for welding of parts or components in the cabin of the vehicle or truck.
[0011] The unique feature of the present subject matter is identification or detection of missing or misplaced part or component of the cabin of vehicle or truck in the inspection process. The absence or presence of the part or component done by the automatic detection system. The automatic detection system detects missing part or component in every assembly unit easily and cost-effective manner and easy to operate by operator. Further it is a low-cost solution over the existing or available PLC based automated fixtures solutions in addition to having simple fixture design and easy to maintain.
[0012] The present subject matter discloses an operation of the present system. During the operation process, when the part or component get missed or misplaced and is not get loaded on fixture unit, the red light gets glow and the buzzer starts beeping a sound. Hence due to missing of part or component, the indicator lamps on control unit are in off position. Also welding guns get deactivated & unable to operate. Based on the indication, the operator loads missing or misplace part or component into the welding fixture & clamp the part or component with the fixture unit. The moment the missing or misplaced part get loaded; the limit switch gets activated & corresponding indicator lamp start glowing on control unit. By following and adopting said procedures, all the parts or components get loaded on the fixture resultant glowing of the green light on the control unit. The glowing of green light activates welding guns, thereby operator proceed for welding of parts or components in the cabin of the vehicle or truck.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
[0014] Aspects of the present disclosure are illustrated by way of example(s), and not by way of limitation, in the accompanying flow diagram, wherein:
[0015] FIG. 1 is a schematic flow diagram of an automatic detection device or system to detect the presence or absence of the part or component of the cabin of the vehicle or truck
[0016] FIG. 2 is a logical algorithm to show presence and absence of the part or component of the cabin of the truck.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF ILLUSTRATIVE EMBODIMENTS
[0017] The present disclosure relates generally to an automatic detection system to detect the missing part or component of the cabin of the truck comprising a detection sensor unit to detect the missing of part or component of the cabin of the truck, a control unit, an indicator and buzzer unit and a display unit. In the detection process, the presence of part or component activates detection sensor unit, which relays signal to control unit. The control unit activates indicator & buzzers to indicate presence/absence of parts on components of the display unit.
[0018] FIG.1. describes a flow diagram of automatic detection system 100 for detecting presence or absence of the component or part of the cabin of the truck. The flow diagram 100 describes the part loading system 102. The part loading system 102 indicates presence or absence of the part or component of the cabin of the vehicle or truck. If part or component is presence, the limit light of an indicator and buzzer unit get activated and indicate through green light 110, otherwise it indicates the red light 112 for the absence of the part or component 106 and buzzer start beeping a sound.
