US20140257852A1: Various health care services may be provided to a patient via a virtual nurse or interactive user application operating on a user computing device. One example method may include receiving a recurring user health diagnostic at a server that stores user health records from a remote user computing device that receives and updates user health diagnostic data of a user on a recurring basis. The method may also include storing the user health diagnostic in a user patient data record of the server, and generating a health diagnostic history summary based on the at least one recurring user health diagnostic and updating the user patient data record to include the health diagnostic history.
CN201681392U: The utility model discloses an accessory system for remote medical diagnosis. The accessory system comprises a diagnosis instruction data base unit, an evaluation table unit, a first mobile terminal, a second mobile terminal, and a receiving and processing unit, wherein the evaluation table unit is connected with the first mobile terminal; the first mobile terminal is connected with the receiving and processing unit; the diagnosis instruction data base unit is respectively connected with the second mobile terminal and the receiving and processing unit; and the second mobile terminal is also connected with the receiving and processing unit. The system can help a doctor to collect symptomatic information of a patient during an observation period, and ensures that the doctor masters the symptomatic progression of the patient for subsequent visit, so as to avoid information error caused by chief complaint deletion. As patient data is designed according to diagnosis instruction, and collected automatically, so that the utility model enables the doctor to be less dependent on instruction details, and reduces clinical negligence.
None of the prior art indicate above either alone or in combination with one another disclose what the present invention has disclosed. Present invention is based on the primary diagnosis and telemedicine technology. It is also detect the different environmental parameters and virtually managed by a Mobile app or web app for data sharing and doctor’s registration.

In remote and rural areas, as we know primary medical diagnosis facilities, clinics and doctors are not available for common people every time to diagnose the primary medical parameters like Temperature, Blood Pressure, Oxygen Level, Heart Rate, Sugar Level, and Weight. Also, there is no such type of system or machine where patients can register with their details and they can enter inputs their primary symptoms, if they are facing medical issues, the machine will assist them according to the primary symptoms and can call or consult with the registered certified doctors using telemedicine technology and the patient can generate or receive a medicine slip (medicine will be prescribed and certified by doctors) if required for primary treatment. This type of ADM doctor or machine should be deployed in particular secure areas and private and public clinics for common people for their regular diagnosis facilities and primary treatment with the functionality of registered doctor’s consulting via calling. Also, this ADM doctor or machine will display surrounding temperature, humidity, air quality index (AQI), GPS Location, seasonal diseases prediction, date, and time and it can detect dangerous activities nearby it with an alert. The ADM doctor machine is a smart primary medical automatic diagnostic machine to diagnose the primary important health parameters of people and assist the them as per their primary health problems using telemedicine technology with registered certified doctors. This system will help especially in remote or rural areas where primary medical diagnosis facilities, clinics, and doctors are not available. With the help of this ADM doctor, we can diagnose the primary medical parameters like Temperature, Blood Pressure, Oxygen Level, Heart Rate, Sugar Level, Weight, BMI, MBR (Mass Body Age/Rate), and Height. Using this system patients can register with their details and they can choose/select their primary symptoms as displayed by the machine, if they are facing health issues, the machine will assist them according to the primary symptoms and the system will generate a button for call or consultation with the registered certified doctors using telemedicine technology, after consultation with the doctor, a patient will get a medicine list on screen that will be prescribed by a doctor who will be connected through mobile application with patient and a patient can print that medicine slip (medicine will be prescribed by the doctor) for further primary treatment (if required ).
This ADM doctor or machine will be able to display nearby surrounding temperature, humidity, and air quality index (AQI), seasonal diseases prediction, date, time, weather forecasting prediction from nearby central station, and GPS Location of that particular area and it will detect dangerous activities nearby it with alert.
This system can also be deployed in private and public clinics in cities through which patients can take appointment and they can diagnose their primary health parameters with the help of this machine before meeting with doctor.
This ADM doctor will create a unique id having their mobile number or biometric finger print for each patient for future reference and will store all record and medical history of each patient. Patient’s personal record and medical record will be secure and will not be shared with anyone except specialist doctor. Every time patient will visit the ADM doctor machine, machine will display two options “New visitor” and the second is “Existing visitor” Visitors or patients can click as per the option displayed. If visitor is visiting first time than ADM doctor will create new record with biometric finger print, unique id, mobile number, age, date of birth and if visitor or patient will be existing visitors, then ADM will ask to enter unique id or registered mobile number, biometric finger print, after entering unique id or registered mobile number or biometric finger print, ADM doctor machine will send an OTP to secure login and after login securely, machine will display previous personal & medical history of that particular patient. If patient wants to check their medical parameters again, he can check itself and new result will store with his/her unique id in database. All time data and medical history will store for future purpose securely it will help at the time of doctor’s consultation.
Technically, this ADM doctor machine will be manipulated or managed by a web or mobile application and both are connected with the cloud or internet for further updates and data transformation. All doctors' and medical shops' records will be added using a web or mobile application by a master admin of that system. Web or mobile applications will available for patients, doctors, and medical shops that are registered with this system by Admin.
