Abstract: Generally Head light of motor vehicles is operated through manual combination. Switch (having ON,OFF, High beam, Low beam, indicators and parking facilities) which is fitted with steering of vehicle which is connected with battery, through combination switch. This device can be installed very much conveniently as per the choice of driver, any where bearing in mind that the connection lead. Should be as short as possible, mounting can be done by: screws.

The invention relates to Head Light Automatic Dipper (Dipping) mechanism
Manual dipping is not being done satisfactorily in india dug to Variety of reasons. The physically strain involved in operating the dipper switch several times at night is one of them. The other reason is the tendency of paying more attention to steering control at the cost of dipping the beam during a critical vehicle meeting situation. This problem is further aggravated on High Ways, due to the bad road condition in developing countries, rapid rise in the Automobile population and poor infrastructure.
In an Automobile Head Light a Dip Beam is provided in addition to the Main Beam so as to reduce the dazzle for those approaching head on to the vehicle. The Electronic Auto Dipper for a Head Light is intended to automatically change the Head Light circuit to either main beam or dip beam given a particular set of road conditions, without the intervention of the driver. The present practice is to_operate .the dip switch automatically.
OPERAT ING PRINCIPLE
The device contains light sensor/sensors which generates output current on incidence of light, this output current is amplified in an amplifier, measured by
hangeover the head light to either high beam or dip beam. Automatically required power to an electromagnutic/solid state relay, which interns drives the Head Lights. These circuit is suitable rating based on Lamp Load, Fig shown in Drawing No.l piWrt- 1

Input voltage - 12 V, D.C. or 24 Volt. D.C. Power supply
(a) 12 Volt D.C. - Operating vehicle 9VoltD.C. to 14.4 VDC
(b) 24 Volt D.C. Operating vehicle JSVoltD.C. to 28.8 VDC
Switching time:... 1.5 Sec to 5 Sec.
INSTALLATION
The above mentioned unit can be mounted under the Dash board/Bonnet. Through the combination switch and battery, Very much conveniently or as per the choice of the driver anywhere bearing in mind that the connection lead should be as possible as short. Mounting can be done by screw.Connection diagram is shown in Drawing No. 2 & 3.

CLAIMS
1. Generally Head light of motor vehicles is operated through manual
combination. Switch (having ON,OFF, High beam, Low beam, indicators
and parking facilities) which is fitted with steering of vehicle which is
connected with battery, through combination switch. This device can be
installed very much conveniently as per the choice of driver, any where
bearing in mind that the connection lead. Should be as short as possible,
mounting can be done by: screws.
2. According to the present invention invented Electronic Automatic Dipper of
motor vehicle is a sophisticated electronic device, which automatically
switches the Head lights of the vehicles when light of the on coming
vehicles falls on wind screen/sensor/sensors it automatically switches high
beam, to low beam and change over to the main beam, automatically when
the vehicle passes off.
3. What Electronic Auto -dipper does (Figure Shown)
4. Electronic auto dipper works automatically as
i. 1. At High beam, position High to low and low to high
automatically iii, 2, At high beam, position
iii. 3. At high beam with flasher It given Flash/signal to take pass
v. 4. At Low beam with flasher It given Flash signal to take pass

V. At Parkingposition It given Flash/signal to take pass-
vi. At day light with flashes It given Flash/signal to take pass
vii. It takes automatically pass when the chasing or demanding pass, at higher
position (it is selective) if not require can be bring on low beam mode'
5. After installing of captioned dipper, the manual dipper, remains operative and can be used to give signal to pass vehicles or as and when the drive desires to give light signal.
6.A mechanism is any proceedings claims where any type of Electronic Auto
Dipper for motor Vehicle, which Automatically works as stated in above
operaated by Electronic circuit/Circuits.
