Specification

FIELD OF INVENTION
[0001]The present invention is related to automatic CODD/Goli Soda bottle filling and sealing mechanism and more particularly it relates to an automatic carbonated beverage filling of CODD/ goli (gun shot) Soda bottles. Sealing of bottle by locking the goli.
BACKGROUND OF INVENTION
[0002]In previous invention, the goli/ CODD (gun shot) soda bottle is filled manually. When we are filling the bottles manually, we can't maintain the same level of beverage, Carbonation and high and equal gas volume in all the bottles.
[0003]While filling the beverage bottles manually, we face the difficulty to lock the goli (gun shot) at the neck of the bottle, to overcome this problem they are using high pressure C02 up to 15-20 Kg/CM2(Square)which leads to breakage of the bottle, sometimes that can be dangerous.
[0004]Maintaining accurate pressure of C02 is not possible manually. In previous technology, there is no chilling process and carbonation process before filling the bottle.
[0005]In proposed technology, we overcome all those limitation using, Chilling, and Carbonation Process, Programmed Logic Control (PLC), Maintains accurate C02 pressure and water temperature.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0006]The proposed technology fills the beverage automatically into goli/CODD (gun shot) soda bottle so that it can easily maintain the same level of beverage in all the bottles. With this present device overflowing of beverage and difficulties in locking goli (gun shot) at the neck of the bottle can be avoided. The present device ensures the accurate temperature of the beverage, which enhance the taste by dissolving high C02 gas volume into the Beverage. The carbon dioxide in the soda forms carbonic acid, which alleviates the sweet taste of the drink. For

this reason, flat soda oftentimes tastes much sweeter than when it is carbonated. The carbon dioxide not only alters flavour and mouth feel, also serves an anti-microbiological purpose. It has been shown to help prevent some microbes from growing inside of one's mouth as well. So maintaining accurate pressure is important in soda (figure 11) process. We can easily maintain the pressure of the CO2 accurately using this proposed technology. We can maintain high level of carbonation in the bottle using accurate temperature and accurate CO2 pressure maintained by PLC.
OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION
[0007]To Maintainn the level of beverage in the bottle. [0008]To lock the goli (gun shot) at the Neck of the Bottle. [0009]To maintain accurate temperature of the beverage. [0010]To Maintain accurate pressure of CO2.
[0011]To maintain high volume of carbonation in the bottle. DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0012]The Machine which we have introduced can be used for filling Carbonated beverage and as well as locking Goli (gun shot) at the neck of the bottle, also maintains the temperature of the beverage and maintains the pressure of the CO2 to get high carbonation level. This machine totally runs by Programmed Logic Control (PLC) with touch Screen, (HMI).
[0013]To prepare soda we need carbonator (figure11). Carbonator Tank is attached with Read Switch (46), Solenoid Valves (50), Pressure transducer (51), Safety Valve (53), and Carbonation Plates. The given normal water is pumped with the help of high pressure pump (22) and passes the water to ss coil which is immersed inside the Ice bank (17) Insulated tank. While passing through this coil the water gets chilled and enters into Carbonator. Then the Carbonator sense the water level with help of the read switch(46) and sends a digital signal input to Programmed Logic Control (PLC) as per the input the PLC Switch off the high pressure pump(22).

[0014]With the help of pressure transducer (51) Programmed Logic Control (PLC), can sense the pressure inside the carbonator. Depending upon the set pressure and actual pressure inside the carbonator, the Programmed Logic Control (PLC) can decide whether to on/ off Solenoid Valve (42). Solenoid Valve (42) is fixed Under the Carbonator from which CO2 will be released through Carbonation Plates which is fixed inside the Carbonator. CO2 goes in the form of bubbles into the carbonator and finally it turns water into soda.
[0015]Place two bottles in the slots provided inside the filling chamber (16). When we push the Start Button (26) it sends Digital signal to PLC and then PLC Sends signal to Pneumatic Solenoid Valves (24) and this Solenoid Valves releases air to cylinder where the First Cylinder (35) holds the bottle and second cylinder (36) closes the safety plate. After that PLC sends signal to CO2 Solenoid Valve (50) and in return, Solenoid Valve releases CO2 in to the bottles. We have provided pressure switch (49) in the line to avoid wastage of soda. If the bottle is not placed in the filling chamber or in case of any leakage or bottle breakage. The pressure cannot be maintained in the line because of this Pressure switch (50) will not send signal to PLC for releasing soda Solenoid Valve (43) if the pressure is maintained in the line, pressure switch (50) sends digital signal to PLC. In return PLC sends on signal to soda Solenoid Valve(43) after PLC senses the set time, then soda Solenoid Valve(43) & CO2 Solenoid Valves(50) will shut off and PLC sends signals to bottle lifting cylinder(41)to turn the bottle upside down to bring the goli (gun shot) into the locking position. After getting signal from the read switch of bottle lifting cylinder (41), PLC sends signal to release the pressure from neck of the bottle through Solenoid Valve (48). After that PLC sends off signal to the lifting cylinder Solenoid Valve and there by bottle comes back to normal position. After this process the PLC sends off signal to Solenoid Valve (24) of safety plate Pneumatic cylinder (36), bottle holding Pneumatic cylinder (35) and pressure release Solenoid Valve (48). Then safety plate will open and unhold the bottle. Now the bottle is ready to take out.
[0016]From figure 1: Carbonator (figure 11) is essential to prepare soda. The carbonator tank contains Read Switch (46), Solenoid Valves (42, 43, 48, and 50), Pressure transducer (51), Safety Valve (53), and Carbonation Plate. When normal

water is pumped with the help of high pressure pump (22) and passes the water through SS Coil. Which is immersed inside the Ice Bank Insulated Tank (17). While passing through this coil the product gets chilled with the help of chilled water (chiller takes care of chilled water Temperature inside the ice bank (17)). PLC can sense temperature inside the Ice Bank (17) with the help of temperature sensor, PLC can on or off the compressor depending upon set temperature and actual temperature. Water level in the Carbonator when reaches maximum water level, the Read switch (46) send a digital signal input to Programmed Logic Control (PLC) depending on this input the PLC Switches off the high pressure pump (22). If there is low level water in carbonator the Read Switch sends a digital signal input to Programmed Logic Control (PLC), depending upon this input the PLC Switches on the high pressure pump (22) and thereafter, it is a continuous process as shown in the figure1.
[0017] from figure 2: From CO2 Cylinder, CO2 is supplied to regulator which controls CO2 pressure to 8kg/ cm2 then it goes to gas bank. Where CO2 will be filtered in two stages and supplied to Solenoid Valve (42). Depending on the set pressure and actual pressure inside the carbonator, the Programmed Logic Control (PLC) decides whether to on/ off Solenoid Valve (42). CO2 goes in the form of bubbles into the carbonator through carbonation plates and finally water turns into soda.
[0018] from figure 3: Place two bottles in the slots provided inside the filling chamber. To fill the bottles push the start button (26). There after Start Button (26) sends Digital signal to PLC and in return PLC Send signal to Pneumatic Solenoid Valves (24) and this Solenoid Valves releases air to cylinder where in First Cylinder (35) holds the bottle and second cylinder (36) closes the safety plate above the bottles after 2 seconds PLC sends signal to CO2 Solenoid Valves (50) and in return Solenoid Valves releases CO2 in to bottles from the carbonator and the pressure in the carbonator and in the bottle becomes equal. A pressure switch (49) is provided in the line to check whether pressure is maintained or if any leakage in the line to avoid wastage of the soda which may occur due to leakage at the neck or due to bottle breakage and if the bottle is not placed in the filling chamber (15). Hence the soda Solenoid Valve (43) only releases the soda

into the bottle after receiving signal from pressure switch (49). As the soda level in the carbonator is higher then the bottle filling position, the soda flows into the bottle and the CO2 from the bottle goes back to the carbonator as shown in the figure 4. After set time in the PLC is completed then soda Solenoid Valve (43) & CO2 Solenoid Valve (50) will shut off and PLC sends signals to bottle lifting cylinder (41). To turn the bottle upside down to bring the goli (gun shot) into the locking position. After getting signal from the read switch of bottle lifting cylinder (41). PLC sends signal to release the pressure from neck of the bottle by Solenoid Valve(48) to create pressure difference on the goli (gun shot) surfacing in and out. By the pressure difference we are locking the goli (gun shot) at the goli (gun shot) seal position. There after PLC sends off signal to the lifting cylinder (41), Solenoid Valve (24) and there by bottle comes back to normal position. After this process the PLC sends off signal to Solenoid Valve (24) of safety plate Pneumatic cylinder (36) bottle holding Pneumatic cylinder (35) and pressure release Solenoid Valve (48). By this safety plate opens and unhold the bottle. Now the bottle is ready which can be removed from chamber and it is a continuous process.
[0019] from figure 4: The CO2 comes into the bottle from the carbonator and the pressure in the carbonator and in the bottle becomes equal. As the soda level in the carbonator is higher then the bottle filling position, the soda flows into the bottle and the CO2 from the bottle goes back to the carbonator as shown in the figure 4.
[0020] from figure 5The filler is designed in such a manner that we can adjust the level of the soda in the bottle as desired. The level of soda can be adjusted by changing the bottle filling angle as shown in the figure 5. As the soda level in the carbonator is higher than the bottle filling Position, the soda flows into the bottle and the CO2 from the bottle goes back to the carbonator. Once the soda level in the bottle increases, it enters into the CO2 line and when it reaches the level of the soda in the carbonator, soda stops flowing into the bottle. The volume of the CO2 stuck inside the bottle depends upon the angle position of the bottle which varies as shown in the figure 5.
