4. DESCRIPTION
FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to automatic panipuri flavour dispensing machine. Specifically, present invention relates to automatic panipuri flavour dispensing machine is designed to serve panipuri flavor through nozzles.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Panipuri is a traditional Indian dish served manually with hands. Panipuri (also called as golgappa) is a popular street food of India. Panipuri is served in crisp fried dough balls (puri) with potatoes, sprouts, spicy tangy water or sweet chutney.
Pani in Hindi language means water. The Puris are fried puffed crisp hollow dough balls. The water or pani is generally sour, tangy as well as spicy. This spicy pani is balanced with the addition of sweet tamarind chutney.
Panipuri is served manually and without hygiene leading to contamination. At the time of serving panipuri, the person serving the panipuri makes a hole (or punctures) the hollow dough ball and fills the hollow balls with the spicy water.
If panipuri is served by the machine with minimum contact of the serving person with the panippuri, it improves health of the consumers taking panipuri.
None of the products in the prior-art disclose dispensing of panipuri automatically. Therefore, there is a need to develop a system for dispensing of panipuri automatically.

The present invention relates to an automatic panipuri flavour dispensing machine.
Methodology for the operation of the automatic dispensing of fluid
1. This device can be remotely operated via a mobile app where user can give commands such as “ON”, “OFF”, “Cleaning mode”, ”Operational mode”, etc. and these commands are communicated to server and stored in the database. And the IOT based cart tries to receive those commands and acts accordingly details of which are mentioned below.
2. When the power supply switch gets on, 230V AC supply is converted to 12V and 5V DC via a AC to DC SMPS converter.
3. 12V DC is fed to periphery devices like Water Pump, Air Pump, etc.
4. 5V DC is fed to electronics circuit (the PCB).
5. PCB and peripherals are separated using an opto-coupler.
6. For each nozzle there is an Arduino Nano (responsible for motor operation) and an ESP8266 chip (responsible for communication with internet).
7. The ESP-01 (ESP8266) module checks the status of mobile driven command in a loop using a RESTful API. If the command given from mobile app is ‘ON’, then via Serial communication it shares the information to Arduino Nano (information like on /off, cleaning mode/ operational mode).
8. Once Arduino Nano receives the information, nozzles are activated. Ultrasonic sensor is fitted in each of the nozzles. When panipuri is detected, corresponding water pump is activated via relay.
9. Data of activation of each nozzle gets uploaded to server via the corresponding ESP8266 chip.
10. A combination of submersible pump and air pump is used in each water tank so as to keep the masala mixed with water. The combination gets switched off every 5 minutes for 2 minutes cooling period.
11. An independent circuit with NodeMCU is used to detect water level and upload the status to server.
12. A sensor is used to read the event when AC supply gets disconnected (power goes out), and notifies the server and as a result in application automatically device status goes to’ OFF’.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the automatic panipuri flavour dispensing machine serves panipuri flavor in a hygienic manner, providing automation and avoiding any bacterial effect.
According to one embodiment of the invention, advantage is to save time in serving multiple customers at a time and able to serve different flavours at a time in an automated manner.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the automatic panipuri flavour dispensing machine automatically count the total numbers of panipuri served.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the following criteria are included in the present system:
i) Automatic dispensing system
ii) Automatic total count recording
iii) Hygiene process
iv) Multiple serving point at a time
