“Automatic Pressure Surge Control System For Fuel Oil Firing”
Abstract: Disclosed is an automatic pressure surge control system for fuel oil firing and safety of the entire fuel oil system, said system comprising a FORB (Fuel Oil Return Bypass) valve, wherein the FORBV consists of a pneumatic actuator (4), a solenoid valve (3), a pair of limit switches (5) and an air set (1), characterized in that said FORBV connected in parallel to the existing motorized regulating valve (FORTV); said pneumatic actuator (4) of FORBV assembly for quick and spontaneous response; said solenoid valve (3) for controlling the operation of FORBV through regulation of air admission; said pair of Limit switches (5) for indicating the opening and closing the position of the FORBV and to provide required details to system; and said air set (1) used to lock to the position of FORBV at desired position in case of air failure. The FORBV is configured to meet the safety requirement of boiler during sudden pressure surge. {Figure -3 and Figure 4}
