Abstract: Automatic Sanitary Pad Incinerator Machine is set up under the ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyan’ for fulfilling the dream of clean and healthy India. Automatic Sanitary Pad Incinerator Machine is user friendly, for woman Easy to operate and it is Wall/Table mounted machine. The user only needs to put the used sanitary pad into the machine and has to switch the machine On and the machine will burn the Sanitary Pad in 15 Minutes without making any hazardous pollution. It converts used sanitary pad to ash through electrical heater and It requires very low electricity current at 5.2 amps with power consumption of 220 Volts AC. Automatic Sanitary Pad Incinerator Machine is easy to install. The machine is made up by Mild Steel CR sheet as per IS 513 D with Powder Coating paint and its Length- 410 mm, Width-410 mm and Height – 560 mm. It Converts 40 Nos Used Sanitary Pads to ash in 15 Minutes. Manufacturing process on basis of manufacturing drawing and bill of material in seven stages.
Stage -1: Layout drawing
We draw layout of all the parts on a paper with dimensions.
Stage -2: Dimention drawing for Manufacturing of Automatic Sanitary Pad Incinerator
We make a dimensional drawing in AutoCAD of box and every parts of Automatic Sanitary Pad Incinerator/Incinerator for manufacturing.
Stage -3: Manufacturing process of rectangular box of Automatic Sanitary Pad Incinerator.
We bought the MS CR/HR (As per availability) Sheet from the market and then cut it by setting it on the shearing machine as per the drawing. After that finishing the cutting part with grinding machine and done filing as per need. As per drawing, welding all the sheet cutting with the help of a welding machine and made a rectangular box and give for painting work. Now the Rectangular box is ready for assembly.
Stage -4: Manufacturing process of Air filter Box.
First we checked the dimensions of the filter, after that the M.S. Sheet of thickness 1.6 m was cut by adding 10 mm plus and with the help of a welding machine and we prepared an air filter box. To get the smoke out of the box, done hole both in and out according to the inner dimension of the G.I. pipe. Now the pipe was first threaded into the air filter by threading a side, and then screws the sheet metal cover by placing the filter inside the air filter box. We have to take care that there is no air gap in it.
Stage -5: Manufacturing process of wastage tray.
By checking the dimensions of the cutout size of the box, make a tray of the M.S. Sheet in such a way that it can be easily slide out in the way of which the air gap work is done. To handling the tray, make a rectangular handle of the sheet and weld it with the tray.
Stage -6: Assembly process of Automatic Sanitary Pad Incinerator.
First, holes in the top of the rectangular box according to the inner dimension of the pipe weld the pipe in it. Fix the top cover of the box in half and make a lid to open the half portion by applying Ms Hinges. Now to lock the lid, a sliding swivel is placed in the front of the box so that it can be closed with air tight. Then inside, put mineral wool in the middle part of two boxes. Fix the mineral wool in the lid of the box to minimize the leakage of heating.
After that, according to the dimensions of the coil inside the box, make the frame and fix it inside the box and tighten the coil above that frame.
Now seal the entire bottom of the tray with a MS Sheet so that the dust does not come down. In the middle of this MS Sheet, we fix the fan with a screw by cutting it according to the dimensions of the fan. Now below this plate we fix electrical components such as timer monitor, MCB, toggle switch, LED indicator etc. Now weld both the side handles in the box for handling the machine.
Now cutting another ms sheet according to the Timer Monitor and MCB’s mounting dimensions and finishing it with a grinding machine. After that, after cutting the Ms Sheet of 2 mm which is the cutting part, prepare a sheet separately by cutting it with 10 mm plus. Now, in this sheet, the Timer Monitor, MCB and Toggle Switch fix. Now we done free holes in all four sides of this plate and fix the sheet in the cutting part by screw.
Stage -6: Electrical wiring process of Automatic Sanitary Pad Incinerator.
Connect the wire to the MCB 2 pole 10 amp, then connect the timer 110-220 V Ac to the MCB out, then connect the thermostat coil 1100 Watt to the timer monitor via a silicon cable size: 4 mm square. Then connect the toggle to the timer monitor then connect the fan to the toggle switch. Then take the cable out from the inside of the MCB and put a three-pin top on the other side of the cable.
Stage -7: Testing process of Automatic Sanitary Pad Incinerator.
At one time we put 10 pads which burned to ashes in 1 to 4 minutes. After this, we put 20 pads which were burnt to ashes in 1 to 6 minutes. Once again, we put 30 pads which burned to ashes in 1 to 10 minutes. We put 40 pads finely which was burnt in 1 to 15 minutes. Thus, by checking all the operations, we make the machine ready to use.
