Manufacturing process on basis of manufacturing drawing and bill of material in seven stages. Stage -1: Layout drawing We draw layout of all the parts on a paper with dimensions. Stage -2: Dimension drawing for Manufacturing of Automatic Sanitary Vending Machine. We make a dimensional drawing in AutoCAD of box and every parts of Automatic Sanitary Vending machine for manufacturing. Stage -3: Manufacturing process of rectangular box of Automatic Sanitary Pad Vending Machine. We bought the MS CR Sheet from the market and then cut it by setting it on the shearing machine as per the drawing. After that finishing the cutting part with grinding machine and done filing as per need. As per drawing, welding all the sheet cutting plates with the help of a welding machine and made a rectangular box and give for painting work. Now the Rectangular box is ready for assembly. Stage -4: Manufacturing process stainless steel holder for 40 Nos Sanitary Pad as per drawing. We will make a Spring Die with help of EDM Die making machine after that we will put the Stainless-Steel wire on the winding machine and prepare the sanitary pad holder with the help of spring die. After that we harden it by heating it through a gas cutting set and put it in cold water for 3 minutes, which eliminates its flexibility and makes the holder accordingly. Then welding the screws on one end of the sanitary pad holder. Stage -5: Assembly process of Automatic Sanitary Pad Vending Machine. We keep the sanitary pad holder inside the box and we will prepare a MS sheet whose length is fixed according to the sanitary pad holder. The steel sheet thickness 1.6 mm should be straight, for which we straighten the sheet by placing it on the power press machine and grinding well on all four sides of this sheet so that it should not fall on the spring. After that, we fix the steel sheet by welding it inside the box. In this way we prepare the sanitary pad holder stand to keep the holder inside the box. Now to fix Dc motors, we take a MS sheet whose size depends on the width of motor and holder. In this sheet we will hole through the drilling machine, through which the socket of the motor should be towards the spring. Now fixing the motor in the MS sheet and fix the holder with the motor inside the box. Now with the motor kit and spring stand sheet, both the plates have to be tightly fitted with steel screws. After this, we have to check the size of the timer relay monitor and make a frame of MS Sheet to fix the timer relay monitor and we make another frame to fix the multi-coin acceptor and fix the multi-coin acceptor in the box. After this we have to make a coin box according to the drawing of the MS sheet to collect the coin. Then we have to put a lock in this coin box so that the coin is protected. Now we have to prepare the door of the box according to the drawing and with the help of Hinge and fix in the box and put a lock. Stage -6: Electrical wiring process of Automatic Sanitary Pad Vending Machine. We will first connect the three core PVC Copper cable size: 2.5 square mm to the timer relay Monitor, then connect the timer relay monitor to the Multi coin acceptor and DC motor and Led Bulb holder. Multi coin acceptor will also make a connection to the DC Motor. We tight the whole electric connection and bring the cable out by cable gland from one side of the box. After that Connect a three-pin top rating 6 Amp to the other side of the incoming supply cable which can be easily fixed in the socket anywhere. Stage -7: Testing process of Automatic Sanitary Pad Vending Machine. Now we select the coin through the coin selector and check the machine 20 to 25 times to confirm that the sanitary pad is coming out only one at a time. Thus, by checking all the operations, we make the machine ready to use.
