2. PREMABLE TO THE DESCRIPTION
PROVISIONAL
The following specification describes the invention.
þ COMPLETE
The following specification particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.
Field of the invention
The present invention relates to a tubular fabric reversing machine, more particularly an automatic tubular fabric reversing machine for reversing laminated and non laminated polypropylene/high density polyethylene (pp/hdpe) woven fabrics.
Back ground and prior art of the invention
Generally woven bags are used for packing purpose in the industries. Particularly the industries manufacturing cement, sugar, rice, chemicals and etc are using laminated woven bags for packing. The woven bags used for these purposes are water proof and leak proof because they are laminated (laser die lamination) inside. To prepare these types of bags first of all the plastic tape is weaved to make a tubular shape and then this tubular shaped woven material is laminated on both the sides. But the laminated part should be inside of the bag and it is very difficult to laminate inside the tubular shaped material so that the tubular shaped woven material is being cut as per the requirement of length of the bag and the cut materials are reversed manually to keep the laminated part inside. For this many labours, time and space are required but then also the production is very less. Our instant invention is made to overcome these problems. The automatic reversing machine requires less time to give more production and use of labours is also very less.
Such a device for reversing tubular fabric is known from GB Patent No. 858449 according to which a pneumatic device for reversing tubular fabric comprises a reversing chamber adjacent to and at least partly surrounding the end of pneumatic conduit and means for creating an air stream directed radially outwards and with respect to the mouth of the conduit and then, within the chamber, parallel to and around the outside of the conduit, so that when the leading edge portion of the fabric after passing through the conduit reaches the end of the conduit, this edge portion is forced open by the radial air stream, is reversed and is disposed around the conduit.
GB Patent No. 1293474 describes a device for turning inside out tubular fabric members closed at one end, such as socks and stockings, including sheer stockings. It comprises inner and outer circumferentially-spaced tubes, the head end of the outer tube projecting beyond the inner and there surrounding a nozzle whose orifice tapers in the direction of the inner tube and is spaced therefrom, means for applying suction to the inter-tube-space from the nozzle-remote end thereof whereby air is drawn through the nozzle-remote end of the inner tube and through the nozzle to bulge out and draw over the inner tube such a tubular fabric member supplied to the nozzle with its open end leading, means for then blowing air through the inter-tube space from the nozzle-remote end thereof and applying suction to the inside of the inner tube thus to draw the inner-tube-enveloping tubular fabric member through the inner tube with its closed end leading and so turn the tubular fabric member inside out and means for assisting progress of the fabric member over and off the inner tube.
US Patent No. 5052196 describes a device for pneumatically tensioning and reversing tubular manufactured articles such as socks, upon completion, by a circular knitting machine. The device includes a small diameter rotating needle cylinder. The device has an external tubular casing and an internal element for forming an interspace with an annular cross section for pneumatic tensioning. The internal element forms an axial passage inside which the manufactured article is turned inward and reversed during a pneumatic operation where the article is reversed and conveyed away.
US Patent No. 5235825 describes a pneumatic apparatuses for tensioning and reversing a tubular manufactured article formed by the circular knitting machine (for stockings, socks, etc.) with which the apparatus is combined and also serving to convey away the manufactured article by means of a suction air current. Said apparatuses comprise a duct movable axially within a tubular wall so as to form with the latter a cavity with an intercepting grill; this apparatus comprises an expansion piece shaped so as to cooperate with the upper edge of said movable duct when the latter is raised so as to form an annular space; during a first phase, the apparatus is set so as to effect suction through the cavity for the purpose of tensioning and during the second phase, so as to effect suction inside the duct via the annular space for the purpose of reversing and conveying away.
The disadvantages involved in aforesaid inventions are they can be used to reverse only small articles or fabrics like socks, stockings and etc. Also the output is very less after consuming enough time and they are highly economical. While our instant invention gives large output with less consumption of time and energy due to the arrangement of the horizontally placed hollow pipe open from the top.
Object of the invention
The main object of this invention is to provide an automatic tubular fabric reversing machine comprising a horizontally placed hollow pipe open from the top for fabric stocks for reversing the lengthy tubular fabrics.
Another object of the invention is to provide an automatic tubular fabric reversing machine comprising magnetic blocks in the centre of the base position of horizontally placed hollow pipe open from the top to separate upper frame and base frame of the tubular fabric by providing air gap.
Further object of the invention is to provide an automatic tubular fabric reversing machine comprising a surface winder for winding the reversed fabrics as per the requirement.
Yet another object of the invention is to provide an automatic tubular fabric reversing machine for large output with less consumption of time and energy due to the arrangement of the horizontally placed hollow pipe open from the top.
Summary of the Invention
This present invention discloses an automatic tubular fabric reversing machine for reversing tubular shaped fabrics with less consumption of time and energy compared to manually reversing systems. This instant invention discloses an automatic tubular fabric reversing machine comprises a horizontally placed hollow pipe open from the top with reversing ring, base frame structure, magnetic blocks and support rollers. Magnetic blocks are placed in the centre of the base position of the horizontally placed hollow pipe open from the top and support rollers are placed in the sides of the horizontally placed hollow pipe open from the top. Surface winder is connected with the horizontally placed hollow pipe open from the top through nip rollers and guide roller. Nip rollers and surface winder both are internally connected with the nip roll drive and winder drive respectively. The whole system or machine is operated with the help of automatic control mechanism, for reversing purpose.
Detailed description of the drawings
