Specification

FIELD OF INVENTION
The present invention generally relates to the field of welding machines. More particularly the invention relates to an apparatus for welding purpose of product steel wheel or similar type products.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Welding is a process used to join two metal or thermoplastics by a coalesce. In our existing manual welding process for the joining of steel wheel with bush welding is difficult and gives no guarantee for wheel perfect run. The productivity was very less and is time consuming for each work piece. For this reason, automatic welding devices were invented.
Reference to be made from following patent
US 2610278 A discloses a pneumatic welding gun and associated system comprising a pneumatically operated welding tool having a piston reciprocating disposed in a cylinder connected to a compressed air supply. A stud to be welded is held in a chuck carried by the piston. Means, such as a valve and its associated piping, are provided to admit air to the cylinder from the connected operating air supply to move the piston until the stud contacts a work piece thereby to maintain a welding circuit to supply energy to the point of contact and to maintain the stud in contact with the work piece until the weld is completed.
The traditional design often provides limited improvements to perfect run and reducing setting time. Although certain improvements are made the improvements have only limited performance.
US 7357290 B2 discloses a welding system including a plurality of adjustable welding support structures positioned in relationship to each other to permit welding of a work piece held by a plurality of adjustable welding support structures, each of the support structures having a movable platform. The control system individually controls the position of the movable platform for each of the adjustable welding structures.
Hence the present invention overcomes the limitation of the prior art. The design of the present invention reduces the mismatch and keeps the wheel plate with bush for perfect run. Thus in the view of the drawbacks existing in the prior art, there exists a dire need of apparatus for welding

wheel plate and bush with two or more pneumatic jack to keep wheel plate and bush in order to run perfect with a programming panel to control. It has found that the design reduces the time for manufacturing in comparison to the existing prior art and is simple solution to manufacture.
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION:
It is an object of the present invention to overcome the above mentioned disadvantages of the existing manual welding machine.
It is yet another object of the present invention to provide an automatic welding machine (with minimum human intervention) which increases productivity, increased accuracy and less setting time.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an automatic welding machine where no manual welding process is required.
Still another object of the present invention is to provide an apparatus to weld wheel plate with bush.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to the automatic welding machine for welding wheel plate with bush for perfect run. The automatic welding machine increases productivity and consumes less time to weld.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a welding machine that comprises of two pneumatic jacks to hold wheel plate with bush and to hold a welding torch
In another embodiment of the present invention, the bottom base is attached with the drive motor which rotates the wheel plate
In yet another embodiment of the present, the panel box is attached to the welding machine with programmed according to the welding requirement
In another embodiment of the present invention, the MIG welding machine is attached to the one of the jack of the machine and when we press the start button then one jack will work together and will hold plate and bush in less than 5 seconds and then other jack will send welding torch down.

In yet another embodiment of the present invention, as soon as jack will come down the welding machine start to move round and welding process start and in less than 1 minute a wheel welding is done which is smooth weld, looking good and perfectly run.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS:
It is to be noted, however, that the appended drawings illustrate only typical embodiments of this invention and are therefore not to be considered for limiting of its scope, for the invention may admit to other equally effective embodiments.
Fig. 1 represents automatic welding machine according to one of the preferred embodiment of the invention.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS:
The present invention relates to an automatic welding machine. The present invention provides an automated welding machine which increases productivity and with less setting time. The automatic welding machine helps unskilled labour to operate effectively. The present invention provides an apparatus for welding wheel plate and bush with two or more pneumatic jack to keep wheel plate and bush in order to run perfect with a programming panel to control. The present design reduces the time for manufacturing in comparison to the existing prior art and is simple solution to manufacture.
The parts of the welding machine comprises of two pneumatic jacks to hold wheel plate with bush and to hold a welding torch. The bottom base is attached with the drive motor which rotates the wheel plate. The panel box is attached to the welding machine with programmed according to the welding requirement. The MIG welding machine is attached to the one of the jack of the machine. When we press the start button then one jack will work together and will hold plate and bush in less than 5 Seconds and then other jack will send welding torch down. As soon as jack will come down the welding machine will ready then job start to move round and welding will

start. In less than 1 minute we got a wheel welding done which is smooth weld, looking good and perfectly run. Then we can unload the job manually.
Fig. 1 represents automatic welding machine according to one of the preferred embodiment of the invention. The automatic welding machine comprises the following elements: Pneumatic Jack 1 (101); Torch Slide Base with position changer and holder (102); Torch slide (103); clamps (104); setting plate (105); main drive shaft (106); motor (107); gear box (108); motor stand/frame (109); machine structure frame (110); base plate (111); Center Jack Holding Frame (112); cover of center Jack 2 (113); Central pneumatic jack (114); and panel for power controller (115).
The process of welding using the automatic welding machine according to the present invention is explained in detail.
Step 1 - Switch on Machine from Panel 115
Step 2 – The user will load the job on Base Plate 111
Step 3 - The Job will be hold by setting plate 105 as per requirement
Step 4 - Then the user will press the button of start available in Pannel 115
Step 5 - As the user press the button then Central Jack will come down with Clamps 104 and hold the both part of job.
Step 6 - Then torch available on Slide 103 will also come down at the position which has been set already as per requirement.
Step 7 - As soon as touch wire will touch job the base plate will start move round by motor 107, Shaft 106 and Gear Box 108.
Numerous modifications and adaptations of the system of the present invention will be apparent to those skilled in the art, and thus it is intended by the appended claims to cover all such modifications and adaptations which fall within the true spirit and scope of this invention.

We claim,
