''Auxiliary System To Prevent Accidents Due To Burstig Of Frontal Tyres Of Heavy Vehicles.''

Abstract: Every year more than 1.2 million people die across the globe due to road crashes. According to Bureau of Indian, standard (BIS), In 2014. total 9,748 accidents reported due to tyre burst while 3,37.1 persons killed and 9,081 persons have been injured. The number of accidents caused by burst tyre is on increase. Long trips, heavy load, high speed, higher temperature, overloading; increases wear of tyre and put additional stress on it which causes bursting of tyre. If either of front tyre burst, it is difficult for driver to control the vehicle. This may lead into a dangerous accident and cost someone"s life as well as property damage. The invention of Auxiliary system to prevent accidents due to bursting of frontal tyres of heavy vehicle" will be better solution on the above problems. Designed system damped out impact load and allow driver to control vehicle if frontal tyre burst. This system add extra safety feature to the vehicle. Implementation of proposed design in heavy vehicles can save someone"s life, as well as accidental damage can be prevented.

THE FOLLOWING SPECIFICATION PARTICULARLY DESCRIBES THE NATURE OF THE INVENTION AND THE MANNER IN WHICH IT IS TO BE PERFORMED: -

FIELD OF THE INVENTION:
This invention relates to the field of automobiles.
This adds extra safety feature to vehicle more particularly, this invention relates to auxiliary system to prevent accidents due to bursting of frontal tyres of heavy loaded vehicles using designed small tyre and damper assembly.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:
Mainly heavy vehicles are used for road transportation. I Ieavy load and high pressure on tyres leads to bursting. Automobile companies provided extra supportive tyre on rear side of vehicle to prevent accidents. But if either of frontal tyre burst it is difficult for driver to control vehicle. Due to which following problem occurs.
1. Vehicle becomes uncontrollable due to bursting of tyre, which leads to accident.
2. It affects balancing of vehicle at high speed.
3. May lead into dangerous accidents and can cause loss of human life.
4. Accident can cost someone's life as well as property damage.
5. Also it creates traffic problem in case of failure of frontal tyres.
PRIOR ART:
There is no any provision in present vehicle, which can tackle the problem caused by bursting of frontal tyres of heavy vehicle. This is one of the way to avoid accidents caused by bursting of tyre. Other probable solution might be of using tubeless tyres, which is not possible with the heavy vehicles.

OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION:
An objective of invention is to add extra safety feature to make road travel safer and to avoid damage to the rim, in case of bursting of tyres and to prevent tremendous losses occurs due to accidents.
Invention relates to contribute in balancing the vehicle when frontal tyre burst.
SUMMARY OF INVENTION:
According to this invention, the system is provided for sustaining the load of vehicle still
the vehicle being stopped by driver in case of bursting of any and/or both the frontal
tyres. So it acts as sustainer as well as wheel on the vehicle, when the frontal tyre burst.
In normal condition, the small wheels of intended innovation will not make any ground
contact.
The said system comprises of,
- Auxiliary system attached to front axle of the vehicle
- Post bursting, this system damped out the impact of load and sudden jerks and make it sustained still breaks are applied.
- Due to this system vehicle is controllable during either of frontal tyre burst. Typically, said there is extra tyre provided at rear side for this problem but not on front side.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWINGS:
The invention will now be described in relation to the accompanying drawings, in which: Figure 1 illustrates schematic diagram of various part involved in our invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWINGS:
According to the invention, there is provision of system to prevent accidents due to
bursting of frontal tyre.
Reference number 1- Front axle of vehicle
Reference number 2- Damping system
Reference number 3- Suspension rod
Reference number 4- Axle of small wheels
Reference number 5- Bearing system
Reference number 6- Small wheels
Reference number 7- Axle assembly system

We claim,
1. The auxiliary system mounted on frontal axle near frontal tyres, the said system
comprises:
- Mounting arrangement for auxiliary system on frontal axle.
- Suspension system to sustain the load in case of bursting of frontal tyre.
- Suspension rod to bear partial load of vehicle.
- Bearings to make small wheel run along with vehicle.
- Axle needed to suspend on bearing and mounting small wheels.
- Small wheels, capable to transmit load and inertia through auxiliary system.

2. System can absorb the impact load and jerks.
3. System can sustain lA th of vehicle load (previously taken by either of tyre which is bursted).
4. System will be useful in case of less air in frontal tyres. In this case , the auxiliary system will take partial load of vehicle and relieve the main tyre load and simultaneously avoid damage to tyre rim.
5. System acts as extra safety feature for the heavy vehicles.
6. System can be spring damped and/or hydraulic damped and/or magnetically damped and/or combination of above few or all.
7. No extra space need to be arranged for the system and also Cost effective solution
to the problem of tyre bursting.
8. System can be easily accommodated in present design.
9. Nitrogen filled tyres for auxiliary system can be used or otherwise conventional tubeless tyres will execute the function.

lO.The mounting of system on vehicle will not affect the balancing of vehicle, as auxiliary system is mounted on both side of vehicle at equal spacing from centre and also due to less weight of proposed system
