Abstract: This invention relates to re-circulating system of Nuclear Application stainless steel "BALL SCREW WITH UNIQUE SELF LOCKING AND SELF-ALIGNING YOKE DESIGN" with return cap. This design can be used for other general application of Ball Screws. The unique feature of this re-circulation system to the other existing system is that the "Yoke" which diverts the ball for re-circulation is sturdy and uses impact resistant steel than the conventional tube re-circulation method whew tongue portion of tube design generally fails. The yoke designs focuses on elimination of this problem. Superior yoke design provides ultimate safety for ball re-circulation, which follows the tangential entry and exit, combined with its unique Self-locking as well as self-aligning yoke. This method of re-circulation has the best feature for Double start / Multi start Ball Screw Application.

This invention relates to re-circulating system of Nuclear Application stainless steel "BALL SCREW WITH UNIQUE SELF LOCKING AND SELF-ALIGNING YOKE DESIGN" with return cap. This design can be used for other general application of Ball Screws.
The unique feature of this re-circulation system to the other existing system is that the "Yoke" which diverts the ball for re-circulation is sturdy and uses impact resistant steel than the conventional tube re-circulation method whew tongue portion of tube design generally fails. The yoke designs focuses on elimination of this problem.
