Claims:1. Banana mulcher with axe shape fix centre blade octagonal rotor perform proper mulching of banana tree comprises of:
a. Octagonal rotor easy for balancing as eight faces, in each face two set of blades are provided.
b. A set of blade with an axe shaped blade at centre and two L-shaped blade at on both side of centre blade.
c. When banana stem dry then two side blade loose i.e. the performance in mulching is better, no blockage problem in the blades.
d. When banana stem wet two side blades fixed with centre blade by a bolt perform better mulching.
2. Banana mulcher as claimed in claim 1, Octagonal rotor with eight flat faces in each face two sets of blade.
3. Banana mulcher as claimed in claim 1, axe shaped special centre blade.
4. Banana mulcher as claimed in claim 1, centre Axe shaped blade with two loose blade on both side of blade.
5. Banana mulcher as claimed in claim 1, facility to fix side blade with centre fixed blade with the help of bolt as per requirement.
6. Usually mulcher need the triple gear tractor to run the machine, which is normally not available with major farmers, so this machine can run by normal tractor which is normally available with many Indian farmers.
7. Existing mulcher machine put the load on tractor whereas with the help of octagonal rotor in our machine can easily run by tractor so tractor life enhanced and fuel consumption is minimised. Which can help farmer in economical way.
8. In Indian land flatness is not similar, so banana stem left during mulching in pit. Our blades get the banana strip left in pit and take in mulching. Axe shape blade stuck in strip so with axe blade that strip come out from pit area. So at the end no banana tree left without cut. , Description:The shape of fixed blade is axe type which used to cut the banana stem and mulching the field is fixed on octagonal rotor. The axe shaped blades are fixed at centre in a set of three blades and remaining two blades are loose at both side of centre blade. A specially designed axe shape blades are used, the blades having constant radius from the rotor centre and remaining two blades are simple L-shaped blades [Fig.8]. This reduces the load on the blade because the stem cuts by Axe shape blade with side cutting edge and remaining portion of blade have less load. The side loose blades are using for mulching the remaining banana stem. Loose blades are helpful for with fixed centre blade.
The high rotational speed is required to achieve the cutting force, as the single cutting point is using for cutting the banana stem so high force is required and high rotational speed and two set of loose blade at both side with centre fixed blade reduces on whole machine.
The facility of fixing the blade with centre blade is also provided, when the stems are dry then side loose blades gives better performance but when stems are wet then fixed blade gives better performance so this facility can be use according to requirement.
