Claims:WE CLAIM:
1) A bank queuing system based on Internet of Things (IOT) comprising of;
a. Token unit for distributing the tokens;
b. displaying the token number to be processed;
c. uploading the total token number issued to the cloud;
d. checking the total token issued and the token number in process in their mobile phone/PC through internet; and
e. Checking the crowd in the bank through database of the website.
2) The bank queuing system based on Internet of Things (IOT) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said system with the switch in the token unit is pressed by the customer of the bank, it gives the token (i.e. total token number issued).
3) The bank queuing system based on Internet of Things (IOT) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said system uploads the total token number issued and the token number in process to the cloud through microcontroller.
4) The bank queuing system based on Internet of Things (IOT) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said User can register itself through database of the website to register to use it and login to account and create a new channel with total token issued as one field and token number in cvv/process as another.
5) The bank queuing system based on Internet of Things (IOT) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the said system with new channel is created, it generates two API keys, namely, write API key and read API key.
, Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention relates to a bank queuing system. The present invention more particularly to a bank queuing system based on Internet of Things.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:
The major problem today is the stress of the customers and employees of the bank. It can be overcome by a simple and effective solution. Most of the banks are having the token dispenser unit and the token display unit. In our example, it is considered that there is one token dispenser unit and two counters for processing the token. The token number which is in process and the counter number which is processing the token will be displayed in the token display unit. In this article, total token issued (by the token dispenser unit) and the processing token number in the bank is uploaded to the cloud and can be viewed in your mobile/PC through internet.
Queue machine has become the indispensable instrument in banking hall, and queue machine is the system utilizing computer technology scientific management custom queueing, it is possible to solve artificially to queue up when client carries out business handling crowded and confusion phenomena very well that bring. But existing queue machine is single-set operation; people cannot know the queuing situation of outlet in advance; thus not can select that site that people is few and suitable handling the time; situation about waiting in line just is will appreciate that after only arriving outlet; often occurring waiting in line the situation that duration is longer, now due to the queuing situation of other outlets near not knowing about, bank carried out again a number cancellation; people hesitate to leave, and waste a lot of time. Along with people's rhythm of life constantly accelerate and pursue high efficiency consciousness constantly strengthen, by going the common queue machine that queuing field print queuing voucher then waits for calling out the numbers cannot meet the demand of people. How to improve bank service quality and efficiency of service for existing issue, reduce the custom queueing waiting time, become the common issue that bank faces.
So there is a need for a bank queuing system based on Internet of Things. The present invention is a bank queuing system based on Internet of Things which can easily join a queue and check its status online. The present invention send customers SMS notifications regarding their queue number and to generate real-time daily or monthly reports. The present invention reduce crowding and improve the overall service by delivering an excellent service experience. The present invention enable overall monitoring and control of the reception system as a function of the allocation of salespersons/staff to the services and the forecasts and actual arrivals of customers/visitors.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION:
The main object of the present invention is to provide a bank queuing system based on Internet of Things to reduce crowding and improve the overall service by delivering an excellent service experience.
Another object of the present invention is to enable overall monitoring and control of the reception system as a function of the allocation of salespersons/staff to the services and the forecasts and actual arrivals of customers/visitors.
Other objects and benefits of the present invention will be more apparent from the following description, which is not intended to bind the scope of the present invention.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:
Accordingly, a bank queuing system based on Internet of Things is disclosed. A bank queuing system based on Internet of Things (IOT) comprising of; Token unit for distributing the tokens; displaying the token number to be processed; uploading the total token number issued to the cloud; checking the total token issued and the token number in process in their mobile phone/PC through internet; and Checking the crowd in the bank through database of the website.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION WITH RESPECT TO DRAWINGS:
The present invention is a bank queuing system based on Internet of Things (IOT). The present invention provides a bank queuing system based on Internet of Things to reduce crowding and improve the overall service by delivering an excellent service experience. The present invention enables overall monitoring and control of the reception system as a function of the allocation of salespersons/staff to the services and the forecasts and actual arrivals of customers/visitors.
In one embodiment, the bank queuing system comprising of;
a. Token unit for distributing the tokens;
b. displaying the token number to be processed;
c. uploading the total token number issued to the cloud;
d. checking the total token issued and the token number in process in their mobile phone/PC through internet;
e. Checking the crowd in the bank through database of the website.
In another embodiment, When customer of the bank is pressing the switch in the token unit, it gives the token (i.e. total token number issued). When the employee of the bank sitting in the counter is pressing the tactile switch, it displays the token number to be processed (i.e. token number in process). If the token number issued to the customer and the token numbers in process have a big difference then that customer has to wait for a long time. for every press in the tactile switch it also uploads the total token number issued and the token number in process to the cloud through microcontroller. From the cloud, total token number issued and token number in process can be seen graphically. So, customers don’t need to wait in the bank. At any time the customers of the bank can check the total token issued and the token number in process in their mobile phone/PC through internet. If the system of the present invention is implemented in every bank, then from the home itself the customers can know which bank will have fewer crowds. The present invention can restart at any time by clicking the restart button in microcontroller.
User can register itself through database of the website to register to use it. After registering, login to your account and create a new channel with total token issued as one field and token number in cvv/process as another. Once a new channel is created, it generates two API keys, namely, write API key and read API key.
Next, substitute Hostname and password with your Wi-Fi name and Wi-Fi password in the two lines given below in the program. Compile the program and upload it to the microcontroller. Once the program is uploaded, for every press in the tactile switch the field called total token issued will have an increment in the number and, for every press in the tactile switch 2 and 3 the field called token number in process will have an increment in the number. IOT means many things; from smart homes to connected bank with different developer population is massive and growing fast, as vision Mobile. Internet of Things represents a general concept for the ability of network devices to sense and collect data from the world. Automatic tracking of exercise habits and other day-to-day personal activity including goal tracking and regular progress reports. Wi-Fi module has a powerful enough on board processing and storage capability that allows it to be integrated with the sensors and other application specific devices through its GPIOs with minimal loading during runtime. Its high degree of on-chip integration allows for minimal external circuitry, including the front-end module, is designed to occupy minimal PCB area.
