Base Plate Height Varying 3 D Printer

Abstract: The 3D printer generally has good control over x and y axis. The recent invention the base plate is allowed to rotate as per the requirement by taking input from STL file. Even all these enhance the z axis features in the product. In addition to this, additional control of providing the base plate height varying with provides greater control over the z axis which totally gives additional control towards the extreme complex features in the product / component. To some extend this avoids using supporting structure while printing a component inturn considerably reduces time and cost. That add on feature with technically superior products can be made out of this present invention. The material used as a supporting structure is hard to remove in some cases, even though now the supporting structure made as water soluble materials. Here that complexity also can be reduced.

Specification

BASE PLATE HEIGHT VARYING 3D PRINTER
TITLE OF INVENTION:
Base plate height varying 3D printer
FIELD OF INVENTION:
The present invention relates to the field of additive manufacturing, particularly to the base plate of the high varying mechanism of 3D printer.
PRIOR ART:
The 3D printer till now, works based on the fixed base plate. The recent variant in that is additional control is used to keep up the rotational as well, that is the controller provided to move the base plate horizontal as per the requirement.
wherein the present invention controls the base plate movement vertically as well.
OBJECTS OF INVENTION:
The primary object of the present invention is to control the Z-axis movement by varying the base plate from the same STL file input, but modifying the control mechanism for the better control over the Z-axis.
SUMMARY OF INVENTION:
The x and y-axis control over the 3D printers are considerably feasible by all types of printers. The major issue in controlling Z-axis is considered to be complicated. This invention significantly focuses on it. This issue is addressed by the control mechanism given to the base plate additional. This entire control can be activated or deactivated before start pointing. This control works based on the needs of the object to be printed. The base height can be increased or decreased as well, can be positioned in inclined manner also. Only based on this controlled movement Z-axis accuracy can be achieved.
BRIEF DISCRETION ABOUT DIAGRAM:
Figure 1 is the schematic representation of base plate height varying 3D printer.

DETAIL DESCRIPTION:
The additive manufacturing printers generally has control over all the axes movement but the issue is, it really doesn't have superior control over the Z-axis. The problem limiting the printer in order to print effective in the interior inclined parts.
The printer head (1) shown in the figure has the normal control like the existing printer. The base plate (2), which is fitted with the height varying controller (4) controlling two studs (3) and (5), right studs (5) and left stud (3). This controller (4) takes input from the STL file itself through the series of electric circuit which purely focuses on the Z-axis as on when required. The normal printing takes direct control over X-axis, Y-axis and Z-axis.
The additional Z-axis controls in the position of base plate (2) in the inclined position too. Like the angle of the base with respect to the horizontal axis the angle inclination varies approximately 270 degree all together. The method adopted here is for example, if the left hand stud (3) moves alone to the required height without affecting the right hand stud (5). Like wise by varying the stud height independently we get the overall inclination of 270 degree.
This base variation provides very good control,if the part has extreme shape variation in Z-axis and objects have extreme over hangings too. Now restoring this issue by provide supporting structure, that may not necessary in some cases. So, printing time and cost can be considerably reduced.

CLAIMS:
(1) We claim,
A base plate height varying 3D printer comprises of,
A printer head (1);
A base plate (2);
A left stud (3);
A controller (4);
A right stud (5);
Wherein the printer head (1) normally controlled by STF file, in addition to that base plate (2) with the help of controller (4) takes input from STF file changing the left stud (3) and the right stud (5) height as it requires.
(2) A base plate height varying 3D printer as claimed in claim (1) wherein the studs (3) and (5) can be independently controlled.
(3) A base plate height varying 3D printer as claimed in claim (2) wherein, the independent control provides superior control over Z-axis, in turn produce product with extreme complexity.
(4) A base plate height varying 3D printer as claimed in any preceding claims, as a whole to some extend avoid using the supporting structure and produce products with extreme over hangings.
