CLAIMS
1. A base station in a mobile communication system
including a mobile station connected to a terminal
apparatus, a plurality of the base stations that perform
5 wireless communication with the mobile station, and a transfer apparatus that transmits data addressed to the terminal apparatus to the base stations, the base station comprising:
a storing unit to store information concerning mobile
10 stations capable of performing the wireless communication with the base station and information concerning a connection relation between terminal apparatuses and mobile stations; and
a control unit to confirm a terminal apparatus at a
15 destination of the data received from the transfer
apparatus, refer to the information stored by the storing unit, and, when a mobile station, to which the terminal apparatus at the destination is connected, is the mobile station capable of performing the wireless communication
20 with the base station, transmit the received data to a communication area of the base station.
2. The base station according to claim 1, wherein, when
the mobile station, to which the terminal apparatus at the
25 destination is connected, is a mobile station incapable of performing the wireless communication with the base station, the control unit confirms a type of the received data and, when the received data is data of a specified type, transmits the received data to the communication area of
30 the base station.
3. The base station according to claim 1, wherein, when
the mobile station, to which the terminal apparatus at the

destination is connected, is a mobile station incapable of performing the wireless communication with the base station, the control unit confirms a type of the received data, when the received data is data of a specified type, further 5 conforms a header of the received data, and, when a value of a region specified in the header is a specified value, transmits the received data to the communication area of the base station.
10 4. A transfer apparatus that transmits data to the base
station according to any one of claims 1 to 3, the transfer apparatus comprising:
a storing unit to store information concerning a connection relation between terminal apparatuses and mobile
15 stations, information concerning a relation between a base station with which the mobile station is currently performing wireless communication and a base station with which the mobile station is to perform the wireless communication next, and information concerning mobile
20 stations with which the base station is capable of performing the wireless communication; and
a control unit to determine a base station to which the data is transmitted referring to the information stored by the storing unit and transmit the data to the determined
25 base station.
5. The transfer apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the control unit determines to transmit the data to a base station that is currently performing the wireless 30 communication with a mobile station to which a terminal
apparatus at a destination of the data is connected and a base station with which the mobile station is to perform the wireless communication next.
