Abstract: This base station of a communication system provided with the base station which forms a communication area that partially overlaps the communication area of another station and a control station which controls the base station is provided with: a data reception unit that receives from the control station data identical to data transmitted from the control station to another station; a phase rotation amount information reception unit that receives phase rotation amount information from the control station; a phase offset unit that imparts a phase rotation on data on the basis of the phase rotation amount information input from the phase rotation amount information reception unit; and a transmission unit that transmits the data to which the phase rotation has been imparted.
