Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention provides a battery cell pressing device and a battery cell charging/discharging device including same, the battery cell pressing device comprising: a case in which a battery cell is disposed; and a fluid with which the case is filled and which presses the battery cell, wherein the case includes a hole through which a conductive member for connecting the battery cell to a charger/discharger to apply a current to the battery cell passes.
