Abstract: The present invention comprises a battery module and a battery pack comprising same, and the battery module according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a battery cell laminate formed by stacking a plurality of battery cells comprising cooling surfaces and wing folding surfaces; a module frame for accommodating the battery cell laminate; an upper heat sink positioned on the upper part of the module frame; and a lower heat sink positioned on the lower part of the module frame, wherein the battery cells comprise a first battery cell and a second battery cell, the first battery cell has a cooling surface thereof positioned to be adjacent to the lower heat sink, and the second battery cell has a cooling surface thereof positioned to be adjacent to the upper heat sink.
