Battery Module And Battery Pack Including Same

Abstract: A battery module according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a battery cell stack having battery cell groups stacked along a first direction, each battery cell group comprising at least one battery cell; and a heat sink comprising a cooling tube, a refrigerant flowing through the inside of the cooling tube. Each of the battery cell groups further comprises a first cell frame positioned on the upper portion of the at least one battery cell, or a second cell frame positioned on the lower portion of the at least one battery cell. The cooling tube comprises at least one bent portion having a bent shape. The bent portion surrounds the upper or lower portion of the battery cell group, and the cooling tube covers both side surfaces of one of the battery cell groups.
