Battery Module Comprising Multiple Parallel Battery Cells

Abstract: A battery module according to the present invention comprises: a first bank cell group including first cylindrical battery cells arranged in two or more rows; and a second bank cell group including second cylindrical battery cells arranged in two or more rows in a first direction parallel to the first bank cell group. A bus bar unit comprises: a first terminal bus bar that is disposed above the first bank cell group and electrically connected to the positive electrode of each of the first cylindrical battery cells; a second terminal bus bar that is disposed above the second bank cell group and electrically connected to the negative electrode of each of the second cylindrical battery cells; and a fishbone bus bar that is disposed above the first bank cell group and the second bank cell group and electrically connected to the negative electrode of each of the first cylindrical battery cells and the positive electrode of each of the second cylindrical battery cells.
