Battery Module Pressing Test Device And Method

Abstract: A battery module pressing test device according to the present invention comprises: a module case in which a plurality of battery cells are accommodated; a pressure plate which is provided in the middle portion in the widthwise direction within the module case and presses the battery cells toward the module case; a pressure drive unit which applies pressure to the pressure plate; and a control unit which controls the magnitude and pattern of pressure applied to the battery cells, wherein the pressure plate repeats applying and releasing pressure to the battery cells to simulate expansion and contraction of the battery cells.
