Claims:A method for providing battery operated smart television (TV), which comprises:

The battery operated smart television consist of screen for displaying picture, central processing unit is master control unit of television which commands to all functions, USB socket is for connecting any usb drive, HDMI socket is for connection of setup box, DC battery is work for providing electric supply while power cut-off, external memory is for storing the data in the television, color chords socket is helps to connect any external device to the TV, WiFi and Bluetooth module is wireless connectivity module for smart phone and television helps for virtual sound, IR sensor receives the signals from the remote and send it to CPU for performing particular task, control buttons is given for operation through television button. 3.5 mm jack is to attached wired headphone to the television, audio speaker plays the sound, stand is given at bottom portion of TV is for holding and hanging it to wall.
2. Thebattery operated smart television is claimed in claim-1 wherein, DC battery is has high backup and fixed inside the television.
3. The battery operated smart television is claimed in claim-1 wherein, wifi and Bluetooth are wireless interface for smart phones.
4. The battery operated smart television is claimed in claim-3 wherein, after connecting WiFi, connect the headphone to any smart phone for enjoying stereo sound effects.
5. The battery operated smart television is claimed in claim-1 wherein, display of the screen may be curved or flat as per visual effects.
6. The battery operated smart television is claimed in claim-1 wherein, for functioning the television anything can comes in use like smartphone or remote.
7. The battery operated smart television is claimed in claim-1 wherein, CPU consists of special designed board which able to process all functions as per required output.

The following specification, particularly describes the invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.

FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention is related to useful equipment known as ‘Battery operated smart Television’, this invention relates to smart television has which he's able to work while on electricity. This television has inbuilt battery which provides the power to the screen while power cut off. This television has an internal battery backup which can give full entertainment to the viewer. Television can be connected to the internet using wifi module.In television storage medium is also there which can be used for storage media, download external data from internet then uses it and also using cloud platform, it can make sharable to another person so that data can be used from remote place anywhere in the world. This television consists of smart connectivity of mobile interface as well asstereo sound output with your smart phone. This invention can run on to private mode in which other members will not disturb because of the sound and the user only user will able to hear sound.
BACK GROUND OF INVENTION
Basically so many types of television are there in the market with lots of features, such as wireless fidelity (WiFi) connectivity, Bluetooth interface, screen mirroring, etc. such television has very costly.
US Patent 8627401 has advantage of require specified remote to required bandwidth.
US9258615 B2 has interactive controls for a smart television for allowing seller to upload vivid contains to server.
There are so many disadvantages associated with current televisions present in the market that there is not a television which can run while power cut off.
Another disadvantage associate with television is that it can just mirror the mobile screen. And television can only connect to the internet on to the wifi.
Still another disadvantage associate with existing television is that its sound may disturb other people present in the room (i.e. private mode).
Yet another disadvantage associate with existing television is that for the smart work of television is required, separate mouse, keyboard and many more equipment’s.
Another disadvantage associate with existing television is that the storage medium is not available.
Another disadvantage associate with existing television is that the separate sound reduction system is not present television.
With the considering all above problems we have designed such television by which everyproblem associated with old television will be overcome.

Therefore an object of the present invention to provide battery operated smart television (T.V.) to watch Television while power cut-off

Still another object of the present invention to provide battery operated smart television is that it does not require a key board and mouse to work as a computer.
Therefore an object of the present invention to provide battery operated smart television has one special type virtual stereo sound system which directly links with a smartphone.
An object of the present invention to provide battery operated smart television is for no violence and no disturbance because of sound while watching television.
Another object of the present invention to provide battery operated smart television is that it is convenient to connect with a smart phone and work like computer.
Another object of the present invention to provide battery operated smart television is that this does not require an external CPU, mouse, keyboard or special type of audio system for smart work of T.V.
Another object of the present invention to provide battery operated smart television is this television sound able to play 3D virtual sound with the help of earphone.
Still another object of the present invention to provide battery operated smart television is for enjoying various facilities in low cost.

STATEMENT OF THE INVENTION
According to this embodiment is to provide battery operated smart television helps to watch T.V. while power cut off as well, there is no need to apply inverter for watching T.V. This smart television has a special type of sound system by which anybody can watch tv without disturbing others. This television can connect to a smart phone as well and works like a computer in that case there is no need to attach any mouse, keyboard or any eternal device to it we can use mobile as keyboard and mouse. With the help of external memory we can download some data in the television for later use offline.

Referring figure 1, in the embodiment shown, schematic view of television consist of display screen 117, HDMI socket 114, setup box supply / RCA connector 113, USB socket 112, inbuilt DC battery 111, 3.5mm audio jack 116, infrared receiver sensor 122 for IR remote control, LED indicator 121, CPU 118 is for controlling all activities and commands, audio speaker 119 is for sound, remote 120 for functioning, stand 115 for holding television, Wireless transmission unit 123 consist of two parts A,B in which one is WiFi and another is Bluetooth.
Where in; after pressing the remote 120 key infrared sensor 112 transmits the CPU 118 for commanding the T.V., RAC connector / setup box supply provide internal direct connectivity to setup box, USB socket 112 are for connecting pen drive or any USB drive for sharing the data when any use device will connect to the T.V. then CPU process the data and reflect it on to the screen 117, this television can connected to the smart phone with the help of wireless transmission unit that are WiFi and Bluetooth device 123 A,B this helps to operate television as like computer screen as well viewer can enjoy stereo sound effect, for connecting this feature we need to start wifi and connect the smart phone to the system and insert the earphone to the smart phone as well select sound 3d option (not shown) in television which starts the sound to the earphone. LED Indicator 121 is for indication notification whiles any problem as well on off indicator. 127 is external storage fordata storage. Stand 115 is for holding television on the put as well hangs it onto the wall. For playing normal sound the speaker 119 comes into are use which are connected to the bottom side of television. Direct current (D.C.) battery 111 is the main part of television which is fitted inside the television box and connected to the CPU and charging unit, combining both helps to work television while power cut off and remaining all function and commands works exactly as same as power on situation.
Referring figure 2 where in; embodiment shown the flow chart of complete process of television, it comprises two types of power supply one is Alternate current (A.C.) and another is Direct current (D.C.). AC supply is directly connected to the adapter 125 which convert the potential AC to DC provides the regulated voltage to the CPU 118. While power cut off DC battery starts providing the potential to the DC regulator and regulated voltage is provides to the CPU. CPU 118 is (central processing unit) which gives the commands to all accessory parts, it contains USB module by which any USB drive can be read, WiFi module is for wireless connectivity between the smartphone and television,WiFi helps to enjoy 3d sound and virtual music listening as well it helps to work television like computer. IR sensor is for transmission the signal of remote, 3.5mm jack is for connecting headphone to the system, the navigation control key is emergency purposes, HDMI socket is for connecting the setup box to TV, the audio video socket is given for externally connecting the other displaying device to the TV. External storage memory is an internal part of television in which we can download any data from internet, from USB or wifi or Bluetooth as well save any program running on television.
