Battery Pack

Abstract: A battery pack according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a housing having an accommodation space in which a secondary battery is accommodated; and an opening and closing part which is mounted on the housing and elastically deforms according to the pressure of the accommodation space, thereby determining whether the accommodation space and an outer space of the housing are in communication. Thus, the battery pack can deform according to the internal pressure and discharge internal substances such as internal gas and flames. The battery pack is prevented from exploding or discharging toxic gases and flames in an unintended direction, and thus can prevent casualties and property damage resulting therefrom.
