Battery Pack Having Improved Safety
Abstract: The present invention relates to a battery pack, wherein when heat generation or thermal runaway occurs in one of a plurality of battery modules provided in the battery pack, the battery pack can form a separation space between a base plate and the corresponding battery module due to vaporization of a heat conduction pad so as to prevent the heat from the corresponding battery module from spreading to adjacent battery modules, thus showing an advantage of improved safety against ignition or explosion of the battery pack.
