Abstract: The present invention relates to a battery replacement device, a battery state diagnosis server device and method, and a battery replacement system comprising same. The battery replacement device, the battery state diagnosis server device and method, and the battery replacement system comprising same: discharge a specific battery pack of which charging is stopped so as to estimate at least one piece of state information of the discharged specific battery pack; resume charging of the specific battery pack; and estimate impedance information from at least one piece of state information of the battery pack, thereby determining the state of health (SoH) and the presence or absence of defects of the battery pack from the impedance information. Accordingly, it is possible to provide a battery replacement device, a battery state diagnosis server device and method, and a battery replacement system comprising same, having high efficiency and high reliability.
