Abstract: A battery testing device according to one embodiment disclosed in the present document may comprise: a first connecting part connected to the positive electrodes of respective multiple battery cells; a second connecting part connected to the negative electrodes of respective multiple battery cells; a charge and discharge management part for charging or discharging the multiple battery cells through the first connecting part and the second connecting part; and a monitoring part for measuring the state information in at least one state from among the charging state, discharging state, and paused state of each of the multiple battery cells.
