Beam Failure Detecting Method And Apparatus
Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a beam failure detecting method and apparatus. The method comprises: a media access control (MAC) entity of a terminal device receiving a beam failure instance indication; incrementing the TRP-specific beam failure indication count by 1; and if the TRP-specific beam failure indication count is greater than or equal to a TRP-specific beam failure instance maximum count, determining that a beam failure of a transmission/reception point is detected, or triggering a beam failure recovery (BFR) of the transmission/reception point or triggering the beam failure indication of the transmission/reception point.
