Beetroot Harvester

Abstract: The taproot of the beet plant is what is known as the beetroot. It is a wonderful food that plays a crucial function in the growth and development of the human body. It functions both as a fruit and a vegetable. Fresh beetroot is typically eaten as a salad. In addition to serving as food, it also serves as a natural dye for textiles and a plant used to treat a variety of illnesses. This study's objective is to choose and assess the performance rate. Three sugar beet harvesting equipment (a lifting machine, a topping machine, a combining machine, and a self-propelled machine) suitable for large projects of varying sizes using three different irrigation methods (pivot, sprinkler, and food). Gravity and electromagnetic seed cleaners are used for separating by surface condition and shape. The pneumatic picking table separators are also used to separate by specific weight. A distinction is made between simple and complex grain cleaning machines. A simple machine has one, two or more working elements, and a complex machine has several, usually including fans, screens and cylinder sorters. The operation of the grain cleaning machine is based on differences in the width, thickness, and length of the grain, and in the aerodynamic properties, surface condition, shape, and specific weight. Grain-cleaning machines can be mobile or stationary. Mobile machines are used on the threshing floor; stationary machines are used at cleaning and drying stations and at plants with flow technology.

Specification

Description:To ensure that the fabrication of beetroot harvester is fully functional, the following parts are included in its constructed with chain drive, sprockets, wheels, grass cutter, cam. Chain drive is a way of transmitting mechanical power from one place to another. It is often used to convey power to the wheels of a vehicle, particularly bicycles and motorcycle. It is also used in a wide variety of machines besides vehicles. A sprocket is a profiled wheel with teeth that meshes with a chain, track or other perforated or indented material. It is distinguished from a gear in that sprockets are never meshed directly, and from a pulley by not usually having a flange at each side. Sprockets are used in bicycles, motorcycles, cars, tanks, and other machinery either to transmit rotary motion between two shafts where gears are unsuitable or to impart linear motion to a track, tape etc. A sprocket is a profiled wheel with teeth that meshes with a chain, track or other perforated or indented material. It is distinguished from a gear in that sprockets are never meshed directly, and from a pulley by not usually having a flange at each side. A wheel is a circular component that is intended to rotate on an axle. The wheel is one of the main components of the wheel and axle which is one of the six simple machines. Wheels are also used for other purposes, such as a ship's wheel, steering wheel and flywheel. Wheels, in conjunction with axles allow heavy objects to be moved easily facilitating movement or transportation while supporting a load or performing labor in machines. Common examples are found in transport application. , C , Claims:The author claims that,
• A set of 65-degree adjustable blades that can be configured to match the shape and size of individual beetroots, thereby reducing waste, and increasing efficiency.
• Manual Power harvester with adjustable type lead screw height of 300mm used for ploughing.
• Self-cleaning mechanism that prevents soil and debris from clogging the machine and reducing its effectiveness.
• Compact design allowing it to be easily transported and operated on a variety of terrain.
