Object of invention

The object of the invention is to make a particular kind of tar ( wire) which is used for chain making.
This tar is also used for making different kinds of jewellery & ornaments.



Specification(particularly the nature of invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.)

The following specification describes the nature of invention. It is a tar(wire) which is used for chain making purposes in the field of jewellery manufacturing.
The following particularly describes and ascertains the nature of this invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.:-
This invention consists of following things :-
(a) A Silver Sheet / Pipe with
purity level in the range of
92%-99.80%.
(b) A Brass Rod with purity level
of apprx. 100%.

The invention is performed in the folwing steps:-
(a) The Silver sheet is moulded
in the shape of a pipe by
cutting process keeping in
mind the length and
circumference of the brass
rod.
(b) The moulded pipe is put into
the brass rod through
pressing.
(c) The moulded pipe + brass
rod now pass through
heating process. As a result
of this heating process brass
rod is now strongly joined
with moulded pipe of silver.
(d) The joint brass rod and
moulded silver pipe is now
put on a square rolling
machine to level it and
during this rolling process
the joint material (result of
step (c) is also put to heating
process at least two times for
removing temper from the
material.
(e) Now gear shape draw
machines are used to pull
out tar (wire) of desired
breadth out of the material
which comes out after step
(d).
The pulled out tar is called BHENDAL TAR
Distinguishing Novel This bhendal tar provides automatic
Features welding to chains & other jewellery
ornaments when these ornaments get heated after being weaved with bhendal tar through machines. This feature of automatic welding of bhendal tar is unique in itself as far as other items which are used for chain making purposes in jewellery making.

creation of this kind in India as well as the World to the best of my knowledge.
