Bi Fuel Petrol And Cng Powered Bike

Abstract: 1. The invention CNG Powered Petrol Bike Engine Comprising; (i)    A assembly of injector valve attached to the engine head externally; (ii)    A switching assembly with on off switch connected to inbuilt battery; (iii)   A separate CNG gas tank; a) A mode of operation switching manually from a primary fuel petrol fuel for starting and secondary operating mode CNG gas to an internal combustion engine comprising; b) Air supply sufficiently reduced for the first fuel and when the reduction in first fuel supply  resultant reduce the fuel supply to the internal combustion engine start switch of the assembly key. of another side so the fuel and air mixture flow is directly moves to the combustion chamber so the engine runs smoothly ,and switch of the petrol fuel supply once all the fuel is pumped to the engine the engine sound provide the indication immediately switch on the CNG supply key and simultaneously the petrol assembly valve is off and other valve gas regulator is on mode and the choke key is on so the CNG move in high air pressure is pumped to the combustion chamber so the internal heat in the combustion chamber then engine get the complimentary energy support from the burning of CNG as a fuel and maintain the combustion level in the chamber the unused decompose gas moves . 2. The invention CNG Powered Petrol Bike Engine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the existing l-band assembly is replaced by Injector assembly at the head two internal valves is internally inserted in the both ends by cooper pipe assembly connected to the gas tank through regulator and switch attached to the chassis and tied by bolts. 3. the invention CNG Powered Petrol Bike Engine as claimed in claim 2, wherein the on/off key helps to stop the mixing of the fuel furthermore it control the corresponding fuel valve is opening accordingly. §T 4. The invention CNG Powered Petrol Bike Engine as claimed in claim 3, wherein the carburetor is connected to the air filter extended assembly tied by the bolts to the chassis. 5. The invention CNG Powered Petrol Bike Engine as claimed in claim 4, wherein the said first petrol fuel supplied by the petrol fuel tank connected on/off key to the carburetor so by succession, air and petrol mixture is of liquid hydrocarbon helps to start the engine. 6. The invention CNG Powered Petrol Bike Engine as claimed in claim 5 the second CNG as fuel comprises; reduce the petrol fuel supply during the starting of engine the primary fuel valve is open which is switching to the assembly and other fuel valve is closed which is assembled in to the assembly. 7. The invention CNG Powered Petrol Bike Engine as claimed in 6 method according to claim I, characterized in that, the fuel and air mixture supply is achieve by the rotation of throttle so the valve provided in the carburetor is open so the mixture flowed to engine which is helps for burning . 8. The invention CNG Powered Petrol Bike Engine as claimed in 7 type in an internal combustion engine in the process of switching between the two modes of operation, comprising; air -supply substantially increased, the increase is started when starting handover; activating and switching CNG to start the internal combustion engine supply; to reduce the internal combustion engine startup when switching the supply of second fuel. The invention Engine as claimed in preceding clams the method type in an internal combustion engine is switched from the first mode of operation to a second mode of operation, comprising; an instruction to start the handover throttle toward the closed position; supplied to the internal combustion engine is reduced when the start switch amount of hydrogen; and supplied to the internal combustion engine is started when the switching of the liquid fuel starts.

FIELD OF INVENTION:
The present invention compares duel fuel powered petrol bike engine by introducing
minor modification in the head assembly of engine to attached the fuel injector by
which the CNG has to flow in to the engine through the attached GAS tank controlled by the regulator type on off switch connected through copper pipe whose one end to j
regulator another to injector assembly.
This idea describes by minor changes in design which shows new path way to transit
from existing system to a new system so the engine can operate by either by petrol or I
CNG gas. It is well known and globally accepted that uses of CNG as a clean green fuel j
but the drawback to adopt by existing system in bike operation .Now a days there is
sufficient filling facilities are available and used by bi-1'uel powered car and auto ;
rickshaw but this is not used in bike due to lake of affordable system design. This idea is
introducing the path way to utilize the available resources to make clean and green
environment.
The existing fuel petrol diesel and gas are made by difficult process and it is very risky for use too. Mostly liquid and gasoline and electric vehictes.are used globally but they have some limitations clue to this reasons it will not adopt1 completely.
OBJECT OF INVENTION:
The present invention describes an external minor modified mechanism of engine head by inserting the fuel injector in bottom assembly of attached to combustion engine assembly which is connected to copper pipe through tank regulator as usual petrol supply method by available background existing technique. Because the available petroleum fuel product is full of hydrocarbons fuels are used and resultant produced

Carbon Monoxide and Carbon Die-Oxide and others are emitted to environment which are poisonous and polluting the environment.
This present invention provides a path way to utilize the CNG as a fuel for two wheeler. As well known CNG is globally accepted as a green fuel and also proven it have occupy a large volume in the cylinder but the air compressor is helps to create a plate is burning inside the combustion chamber and produce required energy in the combustion chamber to run the process smoothly, it provide support in continuous process of running the engine.
SUMMARY
In this present invention inventor develop the process that petrol engine can operate by duel fuel petrol and CNG, in experimental design inventor used CNG gas as secondary fuels, only start and off operation by petrol produced required energy the chamber to operate accordingly CNG is inflammable and burns easily under a high air compression ratio to maintain the required torque in the combustion chamber.
The present invention further provides the dual fuel petrol bike engine for fuel supply switching between the primary starting by petrol and secondary operation by CNG ds fuel a substitute tor petrol in continuity of engine operation.
The main benefit to use CNG as fuel to produce high torque may be provided in comparison of a petrol, diesel fuel, natural gas, propane, gasoline and alcohols, such as methanol, ethanol.
The present invention describes new process of switching from a first mode of operation switch on the engine by petrol and second mode of operation by CNG gas by separate arrangement provided in the assembly of fuel supply, wherein the reduction in

the start time of switching the mixture of petroleum fuel and air supply, reducing the supply to the engine first petroleum and air mixture which can be controlled by the on/off key connected to the fuel tanks the CNG fuel is second fuel supply starts by the key so the continuity of fuel supply resultant the engine fuel requirement is full fill to generate the torques in the combustion chamber because the internal heat is generated inside the chamber by primary fuel petrol which helps to utilize is burning and generating high energy inside combustion chamber which helps to maintain the torque inside the chamber because this gasoline fuel not emitting any poisonous gases to environment and unborn gases comes out through exhaust.
The present invention are also disclosed minor modification in external combustion engine in Head assembly which is comfortable for performing the method of switching between the two modes of operation, wherein the air supply is as usual for petrol as fuel sufficiently increased, the supply of CNG is started from supply key to injector. The first fuel petrol is stopped by the supply key .The main benefit of this key to stop the mixing of the both fuel.
Further the present invention similar from the existing system with minor modification of fuel that is switch from petrol to CNG via injector assembly which is connected to the separate set of components to the engine head, the main benefit of this attachment there is very less possibility if gag leakage due to the arrangements internally in the combustion chamber remaining all the working as usual for bike. The extra gas tank of attached with the switch and regulator assembly fixed to the chassis and attached to the switch with on/off key the solenoid switch is arranged to control the flow of gas
The engine fuel assembly is internally assembled on / off valve is welded externally without any leakage and both end are connected by rubber packing to carburetor mouth internally and tied by clamps with screws and opposite side by bolts with the

assembly .The main benefit to insert the on /off valve inside the assembly to control the primary fuel petrol flow in the opposite direction, and the fiber packing is avoided the extra air succession inside the combustion while the movement of throttle in engine starting by primary fuel i.e. petrol mode.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF FIGURES:
Fig-I shows the block diagram of attachments of various components with the engine and other accessories to the chassis of the bike.
Fig-2 Shows that the design of fuel inlet of existing I -band of the inlet, connected to the engine head inside and welded externally to avoid the leakage along with the valve the opening and close key is arranged which helps to put on or off mode as the fuel supply to the engine.
Fig-Ill Shows the complete modified design of the petrol engine to operate bi-fuel i.e. Petrol, and CNG shows the complete arrangement of all accessories assembled and joined together and tied by bolts to the chassis of the vehicle. Wherein the engine assembly as usual parts are connected to combustion chamber and head of the engine the one side is connected time setting chine assembly which is hidden in the figure and opposite side in the mouth piece the spark plug is inserted internally and tied by the spanner,further more the extended assembly of spark plug end is connected to the plug

cap further it is connected to the starting coil to generate the current externally tied by
bolts which is hidden in the figure, Further more the piston rings is fixed over the piston
top externally in the place of rings inserted inside the combustion chamber and tied by
the U-Iock in the bottom assembly which is attached to the cam shaft which is further
connected to crank shaft to the gear box tied by bolts which is hidden in the figure,
further more the engine exhaust mouth is connected externally to the muffler assembly
and tied externally to the body of the engine which is hidden in the figure. Furthermore
the l-Band arrangement with the combustion chamber all ready describes in previous
figure. i
WORKING:
The main aim of this invention to reduce the pollution by utilization of free energy
sources like water and air as a fuel for automobile in place of hydrocarbon contained
fuels like petrol, diesel CNG etc .Because the fuel price is increasing rapidly the main
reason behind that increment in population and rapid growth in automobiles demand of
the fuel products is increasing parallel the fuel products cost also increasing cause of
these fuel products is full of hydrocarbon after burning it generates the poisonous j
gases which is polluting the environment Till now various solution is suggested in this
direction to control the pollutions in the environment by developing the electric and
CNG powered vesicles but still they faced the various challenge to adopt them globally.
This new invention provide the new path way to modify the.existing system by minor changes in the fuel assembly to use fuel sources CNG air compressed mixture as a substitute of petroleum products the exhaust also not poisonous it is eco friendly.
The minor changes by introducing the l-Band fuel assembly as Injector which is connected to the combustion chamber of engine in place of existing I- Assembly of

similar dimension internally the assembly is equipped the opening and closing valve welded externally to the mixing the fuel .The main benefit to avoid the flow of fuel in opposite direction it will move directly move to the combustion chamber in succession process in both the carburetor is connected to separate air filter and the throttle wires is assembled in the handle accordingly . The primary fuel petrol supply can be control by the on off key provided in the bottom of the both fuel tanks which is tied to the chassis by bolts. The main function to start the engine by initial fuel as petrol so switch on the key of petrol tank and off the valve key in l-assembly so through the fuel pipe it flows in the carburetor in the succession process the air and fuel mixture is moved to the chamber after compression the ignition process is initial the fuel and air flow can be controlled by the throttle movement so the flow is continue inside the combustion chamber so the engine is start by the existing method. The main benefit to use CNG as fuel sources it control the environment pollution the main benefit it is user friendly and also low cost and by using this the mileage of vehicle is increased by double for example lOOcc bike engine run 60 km but using this concept it will run 150-200 km in one liter so it helps to reduce the dependency for the fuel product on foreign countries and save money and improve the economy of our country.
