Abstract: BIG DATA ANALYSIS FOR LEGAL ADVICE Abstract A data processing module that can gather and store legal data from a variety of sources is one example of an embodiment of the present disclosure that may be included in a system that offers legal advice based on the analysis of large amounts of data. A data analytics module for evaluating the legal data to detect patterns and links between legal ideas may also be included in embodiments in some circumstances. A user interface that allows a user to make a legal question may also be included in embodiments in some cases. A natural language processing engine may also be included in embodiments. This engine analyses the legal question in order to extract information that is relevant. In certain embodiments, there may additionally be an algorithm that is responsible for matching the information that was retrieved with the data that was processed in order to produce appropriate results. A display module, which provides the user with the results in a format that is both interactive and simple to comprehend, may also be included in embodiments. Fig. 1

1. A system for providing legal advice based on big data analysis, the system comprising: a data processing module for collecting and storing legal data from a plurality of sources; a data analytics module for analyzing the legal data to identify patterns and relationships between legal concepts; a user interface that allows a user to enter a legal query; a natural language processing engine that processes the legal query to extract relevant information; an algorithm that matches the extracted information to the analyzed legal data to provide relevant results; and a display module that presents the results to the user in an interactive and easy-to-understand format.

2. The system of claim 1, wherein the legal data comprises court cases, legal documents, regulations, and other legal resources.

3. The system of claim 1, wherein the data analytics module uses machine learning algorithms to improve the accuracy and relevance of the analysis over time based on user interactions and feedback.

4. The system of claim 1, wherein the algorithm further comprises a sentiment analysis module that identifies the emotional tone of the legal query and adjusts the search results accordingly.

5. The system of claim 1, wherein the display module further comprises a graphical user interface that allows the user to interact with the search results, including highlighting relevant text, adding comments, and saving or sharing the results.

6. The system of claim 1, further comprising a secure authentication system that verifies the user's identity and limits access to confidential or privileged information based on their role or permissions.

7. The system of claim 1, wherein the algorithm further comprises a recommendation engine that suggests additional legal resources or services based on the user's search history or preferences.

8. The system of claim 1, further comprising a billing and invoicing module that allows legal professionals to charge for their services based on the results of the legal advice provided by the system.

9. A method for providing legal advice based on big data analysis, the method comprising: collecting and storing legal data from a plurality of sources in a data processing module; analyzing the legal data using a data analytics module to identify patterns and relationships between legal concepts; receiving a legal query from a user through a user interface; processing the legal query using a natural language processing engine to extract relevant information; matching the extracted information to the analyzed legal data using an algorithm to provide relevant results; and presenting the results to the user in an interactive and easy-to-understand format through a display module.

10. The method of claim 1, wherein the algorithm further comprises a sentiment analysis module that identifies the emotional tone of the legal query and adjusts the search results accordingly. Field of the Invention
[0001] The present invention relates generally to legal service delivery models. More particularly, the system and method for providing legal advice based on big data analysis.
Background
[0002] The background description includes information that may be useful in understanding the present invention. It is not an admission that any of the information provided herein is prior art or relevant to the presently claimed invention, or that any publication specifically or implicitly referenced is prior art.
[0003] Legal services are an essential component of modern society, providing individuals and businesses with the legal knowledge and representation necessary to navigate complex legal systems. Legal services can include a broad range of activities, including providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing mediation and dispute resolution services. Traditionally, legal services have been provided by lawyers who use their expertise and knowledge to provide advice to clients.
[0004] In recent years, there have been significant changes in the legal industry, driven in part by advances in technology and changing consumer expectations. The growth of online platforms and digital communication channels has made it easier for clients to access legal services, and has also created new opportunities for legal professionals to market their services and connect with potential clients. At the same time, there has been a growing demand for more affordable and accessible legal services, particularly in areas such as family law, immigration, and small business law. This has led to the development of new legal service delivery models, including online legal marketplaces, legal clinics, and legal aid organizations.
[0005] Despite these changes, the legal industry faces a number of challenges. One of the key challenges is the high cost of legal services, which can be prohibitively expensive for many individuals and small businesses. In addition, there are concerns about the accessibility and quality of legal services, particularly for marginalized and vulnerable communities. To address these challenges, there have been a number of initiatives aimed at improving the delivery and accessibility of legal services. These include the development of online legal resources and tools, the expansion of legal aid programs, and the use of technology to automate and streamline legal processes. The method comprises the following steps: segmenting a whole law and regulation into legal provisions; providing knowledge interpretation for at least part of legal provisions; in response to a received retrieval request submitted by a user through the terminal equipment, retrieval is conducted, a retrieval result is returned, and the retrieval result comprises the retrieved legal provision and the corresponding knowledge interpretation. According to the method, knowledge interpretation is provided for the legal provisions, so that a user can be helped to better understand the meanings of the legal provisions. Furthermore, the keywords can be matched with knowledge interpretation to indirectly hit the corresponding legal provisions, so that the difficulty of legal retrieval is reduced. Furthermore, knowledge interpretation of various types and contents can be contributed depending on the majority of users, and the problem that existing knowledge interpretation is difficult to meet requirements is solved.

The legal information extraction method comprises the following steps: acquiring a target document vector of a legal document to be extracted; based on the attribute information of the to-be-extracted legal instrument, classifying the to-be-extracted legal instrument to obtain a target category of the to-be-extracted legal instrument; obtaining a target extraction parameter corresponding to the target category; and based on the target extraction parameter and the target document vector, performing information extraction on the to-be-extracted legal document to obtain target key information of the to-be-extracted legal document. According to the method, the problem that key information of various types of legal instruments is difficult to accurately extract at the same time due to the fact that the legal instruments are various in type, complex and changeable is avoided; and the extraction accuracy of the key information of the legal document to be extracted is improved to a certain extent.

The law enforcement item warehousing module carries out warehousing processing on law enforcement items meeting regulations, and a law enforcement item library records a law enforcement process and laws and regulations terms corresponding to each stage process of the law enforcement items; the law enforcement item management module manages contents recorded in the law enforcement item library, and the visual display module visually and comprehensively displays administrative law enforcement items based on set key values. The law enforcement process and the law and regulation terms corresponding to each stage process of the law enforcement items are recorded, the law and regulation basis corresponding to each step or each law enforcement action is determined, the law enforcement and case handling are transparent and clear, meanwhile, the steps of law enforcement item management can be improved, and the whole life cycle of the law enforcement items is managed and controlled.

[00028] In accordance with different implementations of the current disclosure, a system 100 (for providing legal advice based on big data analysis) is disassembled into its component pieces and diagrammatically illustrated in FIG. 1. In some configurations, the system 100 may be made up of the following elements: a data processing module 110 that is in charge of collecting and storing legal data 220 from a variety of sources; a data analytics module 120 that is in charge of analysing the legal data 220 in order to identify patterns and relationships between legal concepts; a user interface 130 that enables a user to enter a legal query; a natural language processing engine 140 that processes the legal query in order to extract relevant information; and an algorithm 150 that matches the legal data 220 with the relevant information.
[00029] The data analytics module 120 in some implementations may make use of machine learning techniques in order to improve the accuracy and relevance of the analysis over time based on user interactions and input. This may be the case in certain implementations. The algorithm 150 may, in certain implementations, include a sentiment analysis module. This sentiment analysis module analyses the emotional tone of the legal query and alters the search results correspondingly. A graphical user interface (GUI), which may be incorporated in the display module 160 of certain implementations, provides the user with the capability to interact with the search results.
[00030] In other implementations, the system 100 may include a risk-free authentication technique that verifies the user's identity and restricts the user's access to sensitive or privileged information in line with the roles they perform or the permissions they have been given. The algorithm 150 may, in certain implementations, have a recommendation engine that, based on the user's search history or preferences, makes suggestions regarding additional legal materials or services that the user may find helpful. This may be the case if the algorithm is implemented in a way that allows for multiple implementations. In certain implementations of the system 100, a billing and invoicing module could be incorporated. This module provides legal practitioners with the opportunity to decide the fees for their services based on the results of the legal advice provided by the system 100, which can then be passed on to their clients. It's possible that certain implementations of the algorithm 150 will include a sentiment analysis module. This module analyses the legal query to identify the tenor of its emotional undertones and then alters the search results accordingly.

In certain implementations, the legal data 220 could comprise things like court cases 222, legal papers 224, regulations 226 and other legal resources 228. These are just some examples of what might be included in the legal data 220.

This method is consistent with some features of the disclosure that has been made at this time. At step 310 of the implementation of the method, the step of collecting and storing legal data from a number of sources within a data processing module is an optional step that may be implemented in some implementations of the method. At step 320, the method may comprise analysing the legal data with a data analytics module in order to look for patterns and connections between different legal concepts. The process can include, at step 330, the step of obtaining a legal inquiry from a user by means of the user interface. In certain applications of the method, carrying out step 340 of the procedure may involve processing the legal inquiry by means of a natural language processing engine in order to extract information that is pertinent to the situation. The method may include the step at position 350 of employing an algorithm to match the information that was extracted to the legal data that was evaluated in order to present findings that are appropriate.

I/We Claim:
1. A system for providing legal advice based on big data analysis, the system comprising:
a data processing module for collecting and storing legal data from a plurality of sources;
a data analytics module for analyzing the legal data to identify patterns and relationships between legal concepts;
a user interface that allows a user to enter a legal query;
a natural language processing engine that processes the legal query to extract relevant information;
an algorithm that matches the extracted information to the analyzed legal data to provide relevant results; and
a display module that presents the results to the user in an interactive and easy-to-understand format.

2. The system of claim 1, wherein the legal data comprises court cases, legal documents, regulations, and other legal resources.

3. The system of claim 1, wherein the data analytics module uses machine learning algorithms to improve the accuracy and relevance of the analysis over time based on user interactions and feedback.

matching the extracted information to the analyzed legal data using an algorithm to provide relevant results; and

Abstract
A data processing module that can gather and store legal data from a variety of sources is one example of an embodiment of the present disclosure that may be included in a system that offers legal advice based on the analysis of large amounts of data. A data analytics module for evaluating the legal data to detect patterns and links between legal ideas may also be included in embodiments in some circumstances. A user interface that allows a user to make a legal question may also be included in embodiments in some cases. A natural language processing engine may also be included in embodiments. This engine analyses the legal question in order to extract information that is relevant. In certain embodiments, there may additionally be an algorithm that is responsible for matching the information that was retrieved with the data that was processed in order to produce appropriate results. A display module, which provides the user with the results in a format that is both interactive and simple to comprehend, may also be included in embodiments.
