Abstract: BIOMASS SIZE REDUCTION AND ENERGY PRODUCTION Biomass size reduction and energy production is being invented by keeping clear vision in mind of the developers to provide electricity as well as energy to all the section of the society. More specifically, this invention is for self-dependencies and not depends on the other for the cooking gas cylinder as well as the high payer bill to the electricity department. The system includes the Wood chamber Blade: - a. Hex cutting b. Simple cutting c. Blander shaped Wheel, Conveyer belt, Teflon sheet, Filter sheet, Bulb, Gas cylinder, Motor, One sided burner, Wire, Gas cylinder pipe, Indicator, Burner, Turbine. Blade is of three type which is used to reduce the size of the biomass since the decomposition is faster on the small size biomass hence more amount of the gas is evolved. the three type of blade is used since it can cover all the size of the biomass and easily reduces the size of the biomass. A wheel is used to move the biomass material into the chamber with the help of the conveyer belt the Teflon sheet is used to collect the biomass and then it is filtered by the filter. The two type of cylinder is used to store the biogas since the one cylinder is used for cooking purposes and the other cylinder is used for the providing gas to the gas turbine. The one-sided burner is used in the storing cylinder because it allows the gas to come in the cylinder but not allows the gas to evolved out from the cylinder. The indicator is fitted on the upward corner of the gas chamber it allows that if the gas is filed in the cylinder than it indicates the amount of gas and hence the storing gas is fuelled to put out inti the cylinder. In additional feature the IOT is used in the whole system which is connected to the mobile of the owner and graphically indicates the storing and consumption of the gas in the chamber.
Description:[012] The following description is provided to assist in a comprehensive understanding of exemplary embodiments of the invention. It includes various specific details to assist in that understanding but these are to be regarded as merely exemplary. Accordingly, in one aspect, in one implementation, this invention discloses the method of small sized biomass plant which consist of:
[013] It is consisting of gas turbine which are used to generate the electricity from the biogas, the inlet of the gas turbine is gas which is made by biomass in the chamber of the container, when the gas is collected in the chamber than the gas is moved to the turbine and hence electricity is generated through the movement of the turbine and supply is on to the home.
[014] secondly the gas is used for the cooking purposes. The gas is collected in the chamber and hence is used for the cooking the 1 kg of the biomass produces the 200 calories of the energy, which is further used to cook food. Hence it is used to cook food for the household purposes.
[015] The chopper is used to cut the big sized particle into small size due to which decomposition makes it fast so that the more amount of the gas because decomposition is faster in the small sized particle hence more amount of gas is formed.
[016] To increase the rate of the decomposition the methane ball is used, which is used as the catalyst hence the more amount of the gas is evolved from the reaction due the evolvement of the more amount of the gas consumption in the chamber is high hence, the sufficient amount of the gas is supplied to the gas turbine as well as the cooking gas cylinder.
[017] The problem was raised due to increase in the electricity bill and LPG cost of the daily household purpose. After moving across a village, we came to solution that more people in the village were poor and not have enough money to buy the LPG cylinder than we develop the biomass size reduction and energy production plant which is of the low cost and easily available to the villagers.
[018] We have moved across many villages in the Greater Noida such as Dhankor and seen that many people are poor and using wood material for making food and have not supply of electricity because they have not an enough money to pay the electricity bill.
[019] The big challenges across this is to provide electricity to all the poor people and housing gas for their food. Then we came to solution that we must develop the biomass plant which is across the free to all the people and have also market opportunity which fulfils the demand of the people.
[020] put the larger waste material on the wheel. Sharp cutting blade fitted on the wheel will cut the material and then put it into the filter.
Filter will filtrate the waste material and put down the larger waste material on the chamber.
The bigger part separated by the filter will go through the conveyer belt. This process is continued till all the bigger material is being filtered.
Filtered material will be collected in the 2nd chamber and where anaerobic respiration will be held on the waste material and anaerobic bacteria will decompose the material and due to this production of methane gas will take place.
The second chamber will be divided into two parts.
Upper part of the 2nd chamber is vacuum packed and in the lower part decomposition of waste material will take place.
At the middle of the 2nd chamber there is one way passing of the gas and from the lower part to the upper part.
In the upper part there is indicator which detect the weight of the gas when it is filled in the upper part of the chamber then it is ready to fill out to the small cylinder through the pipe connected to the chamber.
The boundary wall of the 2nd chamber is filled with water jacket and its function is to provide cooling the chamber.
In upper part there is two way of passing the gas in which there are two pipe which is used to filled the other small cylinder
The two small cylinders are namely
(a) Housing purpose cylinder
(b) Electricity purpose cylinder
The housing purpose cylinder is connected to the burner of flame by which food is being prepared
The electricity purpose cylinder is used to generate steam from the water through which a turbine will rotate and produces electricity.

2) The process which I claimed in (claim 1) is installed in the biomass size reduction and energy production plant.
3) Gas cylinder which is clamed in claim 1 is used to store the gas which is used in the generation of electricity and also for the cooking gas.
4) Indicator is used to indicates the amount of gas in the gas chamber.
5) Wheel is the rotating material which is used to rotate the biomass and hence put it on the cutting tool to reduce the size of the biomass.
