Abstract: ABSTRACT BIOMETRIC ATTENDANCE DEVICE FOR STUDENTS This invention is consists of controlling unit, Wi-Fi, cloud server, external power, Light weight AI module and array of sensors comprising of Iris scanner, face recognition, finger print scanner. This is the architecture for the purpose of accurate attendance of students and staff members in schools, colleges, universities and industries as well etc. in this architecture we use array of sensors consisting of different types of sensors and scanners so that no one can escape or no one can mislead the attendance record because only finger print scanner is not capable to do accurate work sometimes it recognizes others finger print also who is not relevant and also any one can cheat the finger print sensor but the iris scanner and face recognitions the combination of all these could make difficult one for cheaters. In this architecture all the attendance record data is stored and is shown to the respective ERPs/web app/mob app of each and every individuals of that organization.

Background of the Invention
US9710980B1: Aspects of the disclosure provide a host mobile device for tracking attendance of a plurality of attendees each operating an attendee mobile device. The host mobile device includes a processor configured to execute program instructions, and a memory configured to store program instructions for causing the processor to receive an access request including attendee identification information of an attendee from an attendee mobile device, determine whether a first set of access conditions are satisfied in response to the access request, and allow the attendee mobile device to submit biometric information of an attendee to the host mobile device when the set of access conditions are satisfied. The first set of access conditions includes whether an operation distance between the host mobile device and the attendee mobile device is shorter than a preconfigured threshold distance defining a border of an area for a session attendees have registered for.
US8353705B2: A method of tracking attendance of an event includes detecting a presence of at least one mobile attendee device. The mobile attendee device includes personal identification information stored therein for an attendee associated there with who is registered for the event. An ad hoc wireless data connection is established with the mobile attendee device responsive to detection thereof. An identification request is transmitted to the mobile attendee device via the ad hoc wireless data connection, and the personal identification information for the attendee is received from the mobile attendee device via the ad hoc wireless data connection. The received identification information is displayed on an administrator device. Related systems, devices, and computer program products are also discussed.
None of the prior art indicate above either alone or in combination with one another disclose what the present invention has disclosed. Present invention is biometric device will access through the face recognition and fingerprint. No chance of cheating in attendance record.

The Government has decided that the regular attendance of the students who are provided scholarships is required in order to ensure that the funding given by the Government is going to the right person. Currently, it is observed that many students who are getting scholarships are not coming for renewals, because they are either irregular or have dropped out. Taking manual attendance and uploading on the Portal is a cumbersome manual exercise which the institutions are not willing to undertake. Addressing this problem will help the government to easily track the attendance of students getting financial aids. Need to develop an innovative process by which the attendance of students can be recorded in the Central server on a real time basis and the scholarship amount is released only to the students who are regular. • The chance of fake attendance will not be possible.
• The time consumed by a teacher to maintain attendance registers and ERP’s/mob apps/web apps will be reduced.
• No need to take attendance in class on hard register.
• Easy to maintain the attendance record.
, Claims:We Claim:
1. A Biometric attendance device for students comprises Controlling Unit (10), Light weight module (20), External Power (30), WiFi (40), Cloud Server (50), Web App (60), Mobile App (70) and Array of sensors (80); wherein the array of sensors further comprising Iris scanner (81), Face recognition sensor (82), and Finger print scanner (83).
2. The device as is claimed in claim 1, wherein Wi-Fi based wireless personal communication with the help of internet.
3. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein auto record of attendance with proper student physical biometric identity.
4. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein user uses array of sensors consisting of different types of sensors and scanners so that no one can escape or no one can mislead the attendance record because only finger print scanner is not capable to do accurate work sometimes it recognizes others finger print also who is not relevant and also any one can cheat the finger print sensor but the iris scanner and face recognitions the combination of all these could make difficult one for cheaters.
5. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein all the attendance record data is stored and is shown to the respective ERPs/web app/mob app of each and every individuals of that organization.
