Bladder Cap Sleeve

Abstract: A bladder cap sleeve 110 for tire curing press 100 having a first disk 202 and a second disk 204 is disclosed by the present subject matter. The first disk 202 includes a first inlet passage 208 formed along a first portion of circumference of the first disk 202. The first inlet passage 208 is defined by a first cut-out, such that a height of the first cut-out is equal to the thickness and a depth of the first cut-out is equal to partial radius of the first disk 202. Further, the second disk 204 is concentrically placed below the first disk 202 and detachably coupled to the first disk 202. A second inlet passage 210 is symmetrically and coincidingly arranged below the first inlet passage 208. The first inlet passage 208 and the second inlet passage 210 together form an inlet passage for entry of curing media into a curing bladder of the tire curing press 100.
