Abstract: The objective of the present invention is to provide a blower unit for an air conditioned garment, and an air conditioned garment, with which a comfortable environment can be maintained inside the garment since a feeling of heat is suppressed, and which has an excellent comfort level when worn and excellent design properties, even in a situation in which the garment is being worn in an office or at home, for example, and to this end, the gist of the blower unit for an air conditioned garment according to the present invention lies in a blower unit for taking in outside air between the garment and the body, characterized in that: the blower unit comprises at least a fan, a motor, a battery, a charging terminal, and a power source switch; the fan, the motor, and the battery are accommodated in a case; the case has an intake port for taking in outside air, and a blowing port for feeding into the garment the outside air that has been taken in; the charging terminal and an operating portion of the power source switch are disposed on the exterior of the case; and the thickness of the case in the direction of the fan axis is 5 to 30 mm.
