Abstract: Accordingly, a remote monitoring and control of boiler temperature using wireless communication is disclosed. A remote monitoring and control of boiler temperature using wireless communication comprising of; Sensing the temperature of the boiler given to micro controller through temperature sensor; measuring the temperature of the boiler through temperature sensor , if crossed the set temperature, shows the high alert in mobile and buzzer; connecting the sensors to the microcontroller; providing all the information to the database of the website; giving the alerts through Wifi, LED and buzzer; and displaying all the values on LCD.

Claims:WE CLAIM:
1) A remote monitoring and control of boiler temperature using wireless communication comprising of;
a. Sensing the temperature of the boiler given to micro controller through temperature sensor;
b. measuring the temperature of the boiler through temperature sensor , if crossed the set temperature, shows the high alert in mobile and buzzer;
c. connecting the sensors to the microcontroller;
d. providing all the information to the database of the website;
e. giving the alerts through Wifi, LED and buzzer; and
f. displaying all the values on LCD;
2) The system as claimed as in claim 1, wherein the said temperature sensor measure the temperature of the boiler when it is crossed the set temperature shows the high alert in mobile and buzzer also then on the cooling fan with micro controller.
3) The system as in claim 1, wherein the said the buzzer is set to produce intermittent sounds, continuously even when the self-drive circuit is turned ON / OFF.
4) The system as claimed as in claim 1, wherein the said Wi-Fi Module can give any microcontroller access to Wi-Fi network.
5) The system as claimed as in claim 1, wherein the said sensors communicate the data to users at predefined intervals and data can securely be streamed via Bluetooth,/Wifi and immediate action can be taken by user.
, Description:FIELD OF THE INVENTION:
The present invention relates to boiler technology field. The present invention more particularly relates to a Boiler Monitoring System based on Internet of Things.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:
The need for power generation in India increases day by day due to various factors. Nearly 70% of the power production is from the thermal power plants in various locations of the country. Monitoring and control of these power plants at all times is a must, since these power plants are operated continuously. Boiler is the major part of any thermal power plant. Hence monitoring the boiler parameters such as temperature, pressure and humidity are of great importance in power plant. It is not always possible for continuous monitoring in the plant premises because of an unpleasant industrial environment.
Boiler is a kind of energy conversion, and the energy to boiler input has chemical energy, electric energy in fuel, and boiler exports steam, high-temperature water or the organic heat carrier with certain heat energy. The hot water produced in boiler or steam directly for industrial production and people's lives provide required heat energy, also can be converted to mechanical energy by Steam Power Equipment, or by generator, mechanical energy are converted to electric energy again. Due to the needs of industrial production and civil heating, boiler is extremely important infrastructure, safeguards it is also an important job to it. But traditional boiler attendance work is mainly by manually having come. This mode waste time and energy and also cannot Timeliness coverage boiler operation time hidden danger, after or long period of breaking down out of service at boiler, attendant just pinpoints the problems often, such as dry combustion method, reduce on the one hand boiler service life, two aspects may cause major accident, cause irremediable loss, that three aspect boiler flue gas discharge tail gas pollutions is large.
So there is a need for the remote monitoring and control of boiler temperature using wireless communication. Monitoring and control of these power plants at all times is a must, since these power plants are operated continuously. This method uses Internet of Things (IoT) as the platform of communication. The present invention also provides an option for monitoring and control even in remote location in addition to the control room. The present invention use temperature sensor to sense the temperature of the boiler. Temperature sensor sense the temperature of the boiler which is given to micro controller. Whenever the temperature value is exceeded to prescribed value it gives the alerts through Wi-Fi. The present invention provides remote monitoring by using various sensors for temperature, pressure and humidity measurement.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION:
The main object of the present invention is to provide a remote monitoring and control of boiler temperature using wireless communication.
Another object of the present invention is to Monitor and control of these power plants even in remote location in addition to the control room.
Yet another object of the present invention is to provide alerts through Wi Fi if the temperature value is exceeded to prescribed value.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION:
Accordingly, a remote monitoring and control of boiler temperature using wireless communication is disclosed. A remote monitoring and control of boiler temperature using wireless communication comprising of; Sensing the temperature of the boiler given to micro controller through temperature sensor; measuring the temperature of the boiler through temperature sensor , if crossed the set temperature, shows the high alert in mobile and buzzer; connecting the sensors to the microcontroller; providing all the information to the database of the website; giving the alerts through Wifi, LED and buzzer; and displaying all the values on LCD.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION WITH RESPECT TO DRAWINGS:
The present invention is a remote monitoring and control of boiler temperature using wireless communication. The present invention is to monitor and control of these power plants even in remote location in addition to the control room. The present invention provides alerts through Wi Fi if the temperature value is exceeded to prescribed value. The present invention can be controlled by remote monitoring, preventative alerts, automating decisions, and regulating temperature.
In one embodiment, it is an option for monitoring and controlling of boilers in power plant even in remote location in addition to the control room. The proposed system develops the remote monitoring and control of boiler temperature using wireless communication. This system uses Internet of Things (IoT) as the platform of communication. The proposed system also provides an option for monitoring and control even in remote location in addition to the control room. Internet of Things (IoT) will play a major role in the future concept of power plant integration. The present system suit and provide a start-up initiation for this future concept. Temperature sensor sense the temperature of the boiler which is given to micro controller. Whenever the temperature value is exceeded to prescribed value it gives the alerts through Wifi, LED and buzzer.
In another embodiment, the system of the present invention sense the temperature of the boiler through temperature sensor which is given to micro controller. Whenever the temperature value is exceeded to prescribe value, it gives the alerts through Wi-Fi, then also cooling is on. This system consists of micro controller which is the controlling part of the system. The temperature sensor measure the temperature of the boiler when it is crossed the set temperature shows the high alert in mobile and buzzer also then on the cooling fan with micro controller.
In another embodiment, When the buzzer is set to produce intermittent sounds, sound may be heard continuously even when the self-drive circuit is turned ON / OFF. This is because of the failure of turning off the feedback voltage. Design switching which ensures direct power switching.
Wi-Fi: The WiFi Module can give any microcontroller access to your WiFi network. It is an extremely cost effective board and has a powerful enough on-board processing and storage capability that allows it to be integrated with the sensors and minimal loading during runtime.
In another embodiment, the present invention enables real-time monitoring of a boiler system health status and performance. Those smart sensors communicate the data to users at predefined intervals and important data can securely be streamed via Bluetooth, and immediate action can be taken user. This entire process is ideal for finding problems and taking preventive action before a problem becomes more costly.
In another embodiment, There are three different types of sensor such has temperature sensor, pressure sensor and humidity sensor are connected to the microcontroller so that the analog values are converted into digital values and these parameters are connected to microcontroller .So these values are displayed in the LCD screen. When there is an external disturbance given to the parameters the values are been changed. These are sensed by the different kinds of sensors. A set point values are kept for all the parameter values once if the values are exits the high value then there will be a occurrence of fault in order to avoid that fault online monitoring has been done and the if the parameter values if it exits over the limit it can be controlled by the online through internet. All the information is provided to the database of the website and the total control operations can be done through the webpage. It contains everything needed to support the microcontroller; simply connect it to a computer with a USB cable or power it with a AC-to-DC adapter or battery to get started.
Temperature Sensor The present invention has an advantage over linear temperature sensors.
Pressure Sensor Pressure sensors are used to indirectly measure other variables such as fluid/gas flow, speed, water level, and altitude.
Humidity Sensor The Humidity Sensor Module can be applied to the storage compartment, indoor air quality control, building automation, medical, industrial control systems wide range of applications and research fields and are easy to interface with microcontroller. The present invention give microcontroller access to WiFi network. The parameters with the microcontroller and the values are made to be displayed in the LCD screen. Once the parameter value exists the high limit then the control action can be taken by the database of the website. OFF button is pressed so the control operation can be taken place and the control is provided for the parameters and the fault occurrence can be reduced. The parameter values such has temperature, pressure and humidity values are made to me continuously measured and the measured values are made to be displayed in the LCD.
An important parameters such has temperature, pressure, humidity are continuously monitored in the LCD screen. One of an important thing is to maintain these parameter values at the set point level if not there will be an occurrence of fault in the system. In order to control the parameter values these values are made to be displayed in the LCD and the database of the website is created and controlled. The parameter are used to sense all the values in the boiler and these values can be made to be displayed in the webpage and the direct control for each parameter can be done through the database of the website.
