Box Type Rear Knuckle For Vehicles With Self Lubricating Uniball Joint And Steering Control Arm

Abstract: The invention comprises a rear knuckle assembly (8). The assembly (8) comprises a body having a hub (1). The hub (1) in the middle of the body, is connected to the center part of the wheel assembly (13) of the vehicle. The body of the box type rear knuckle (8) comprises plurality of uniball joints, wherein, it is particularly provided with three uniball joints (2,3,4). The said uniball joints (2,3,4) are positioned at the inner part of the rear knuckle (8). The wheel assembly (13) is connected to the body of the vehicle through shock absorbers (5). Upper portion of the knuckle comprising of a self-lubricating uniball joint (2) is connected to upper control arm (6) of the vehicle and this assembly is having a provision of setting by means of a threaded adjustment provision on the shaft, for ensuring the desired camber angle.
