PREAMBLE TO THE DESCRIPTION The following specification describes the invention.

FIELD OF INVENTION
This invention generally relates to the bracket assembly and more particularly it relates to the bracket assembly which fits on the long member from inside for connecting the assembly front engine mounting cross member.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
Generally assembly front engine mounting cross member needs a bracket to fit on the
long member or frame. For different vehicle model frames and different engine positions
the said engine mounting cross member needs to fix at various positions. For connecting
said front engine mounting cross member to said frame at present, we are using the 'c'
type supports or hat sections.
While using said 'c' type support, holes are to be provided on the flange of said long
member or frame. This weakens said long member or frame which leads to failure of said
long member.
While using said "c" type support bracket both the ends of said 'c' type support will fix
on the flanges of the said long member, due to tolerances, a clearance is created between
the flange of said long member and said 'c 'type support bracket, hence maximum stress
gets concentrated on the said flange of long member which leads to the failure of the said
long member.
In case of using hat section brackets to connect the cross member, it is difficult to mount
the aggregates on the long member and said hat section bracket occupies more mounting
space on the said long member.
This new invention is to over come all the above said disadvantages of the said 'c' type
support and the hat section and also providing flexibility to provide plurality of holes to
fix the said front engine mounting cross member at the required position as desired.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
In accordance with the present invention , front engine mounting cross member bracket assembly comprises; assembly front engine mounting cross member (1), frame or long member (2) for mounting said front engine mounting cross member bracket (3), where in said front engine mounting cross member bracket comprises (3) having two ends configured to be adopted for mounting said assembly front engine mounting cross member(l), one end of said front engine mounting cross member bracket (3) has vertically upright extending portion (4) which is connected with web of the long member (2)and other end has horizontally extending portion (5) for connecting with the flange of the said long member (2).
The said front engine mounting cross member bracket (3) comprises a rectangular slot at the centre for reducing the weight of the said front engine mounting cross member bracket (3) and for fasteners accessibility. Plurality of holes (6) are provided adjacent to the said slot for mounting the assembly front engine mounting cross member. Said holes (6) can be varied as per the angular position required of said assembly front engine mounting cross member.
The said front engine mounting cross member bracket comprises plurality of holes on the vertically upright extending portion (4) of said front engine mounting cross member bracket (3) for mounting the said front engine mounting cross member bracket (3) on the web of the said long member (2) and plurality of holes on horizontally extending portion (5) of said bracket member for mounting the said front engine mounting cross member bracket (3) on the flange of the said long member (2).
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
Figure-01 shows the isometric view of the assembly.
Figure-02 shows assembly of cross member with the new bracket member.
Figure-03 shows the different views of the new bracket member.

Figure-04 shows the bracket with holes provided at an angle.
DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
Referring now to the drawings wherein the showings are for the purpose of illustrating a preferred embodiment of the invention only, and not for the purpose of limiting the same, In accordance with the present invention , front engine mounting cross member bracket assembly comprises; assembly front engine mounting cross member (1), frame or long member (2) for mounting said front engine mounting cross member bracket (3), where in said front engine mounting cross member bracket(3) comprises two ends configured to be adopted for mounting said assembly front engine mounting cross member(l), one end of said front engine mounting cross member bracket (3) has vertically upright extending portion (4) which is connected with web of the long member (2)and other end has horizontally extending portion (5) for connecting with the flange of the said long member
(2).
The said front engine mounting cross member bracket (3) comprises a rectangular slot at
the centre for reducing the weight of the said front engine mounting cross member
bracket (3) and for fasteners accessibility. Plurality of holes (6) are provided adjacent to
the said slot for mounting the assembly front engine mounting cross member. Said holes
(6) can be varied as per the angular position required of said assembly front engine
mounting cross member.
The said front engine mounting cross member bracket comprises plurality of holes on the
vertically upright extending portion (4) of said front engine mounting cross member
bracket (3) for mounting the said front engine mounting cross member bracket (3) on the
web of the said long member (2) and plurality of holes on horizontally extending portion
(5) of said bracket member for mounting the said front engine mounting cross member
bracket (3) on the flange of the said long member (2).
Vertically upright extending portion (4) of said front engine mounting cross member
bracket (3) will be connected on web of said long member (2) and horizontally extending

portion (5) of said front engine mounting cross member bracket (3) is connected to the flange of the said long member(2) .
Hence there is no chance of clearances between web of the said long member (2) and vertically upright extending portion (5) of said front engine mounting cross member bracket (3) due to tolerances. The stress will also get distributed on both the web and flange of said long member (2). So the chance of failure of the said long member (2) gets reduced or minimized.
The said bracket member (4) is easy to handle i.e. easy to assemble and dismantle. In case of using hat section brackets to connect the cross member it is difficult to mount the aggregates on the frame since it occupies more mounting space on the frame. But while using said front engine mounting cross member bracket (3) since it occupies less mounting space on the frame provides more space available on the web of the said long member for mounting aggregate components.
The foregoing description is a specific embodiment of the present invention. It should be appreciated that this embodiment is described for purpose of illustration only, and that numerous alterations and modifications may be practiced by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. It is intended that all such modifications and alterations be included insofar as they come within the scope of the invention as claimed or the equivalents thereof
