Abstract: The name of this machine is Breaking Moving System. The name describes a system that can make a machine to work and can stop its working. The system is made only for the submersible motor pump. It is connected to the submersible motor pump through the floor of the tank. When the tank is filled with water, this system stops the function of submersible motor pump, When the water gets down in the tank below the pipe line, from where the water flows out, The B.M.S. starts the function of submersible motor pump. In this way, the water comes in the tank due to the motor pump. This work goes on continuously with out any interference.
Invention to Submersible Breaking
Moving System (B.M.S.) electric machines.
An improvement in or relating to water tank controller of submersible motor pump electric
machines.
The following specification particularly describes and ascertains the nature of this invention and the manners in which the same is to be performed.
The machine is known as B.M.S, breaking moving system. It is a system that can rotate and stop a submersible motor pump. This machine is constructed according to the need. The use of this machine reduces the over expenses.
The main function of this machine is to reduce the overuse of water and electricity due to the carelessness of the people, so that they can be used in a proper way. The use of this machine can stop the reduction in the water level in the ground up to a certain limit.
Also the use of this machine can reduce the electricity wastage. Its use maintains the efficiency of motor pump. In this way, the life time period of the pump increases. Also, it can reduce the disadvantages, produced due to the overflow of water on the floor.
B.MS comprises of eleven parts. Each part plays an important role to complete the functioning of the machine. Each part is prepared with a specific material.
1- First take the base of B.M.S, it is a plastic cabinet. The cabinet is made up of such type of plastic cabinet, which can bear a certain range of temperature with out causing a change in its structure. If it gets melting due to the heat, the parts of cabinet can move to and fro and it
can stop it's functioning, leading to the destruction of whole system. It can lead to short circuit.
The cabinet is divided into two parts. First part Y is like a bowl, containing the points on the two copper strips inside it, which are connected with this part. The main wires, B and C from a point A above it, are connected with copper strips inside it. Two joints D and E both sides below it, help to give B.M.S a structure. [Fig 1.1]
Its second part Z is like a plate. It has two magnets that remain stuck by attracting the iron rod. There is a pipe like structure in the middle of its bottom, having a hole in it.
The hole is just big enough so that the shaft rod can work easily in it. It is not bigger so that it can stop the spring. There is a space above the pipe so that a nut can be fixed in it. It helps B.M.S to place itself on the floor or lid of tank.
[Fig 1.1]
These two parts are joined in such a way, So that it takes a form of a
box.
2- The points in the cabinet are made up of copper to make them more
efficient to bear high temperature. In this way, they do not get stuck
due to the sparking and the functioning remains in its proper way.
There are the copper strips comprising the copper points at one end
and main wires at the other end. These strips are joined in the cabinet.
Each cabinet has two strips, just opposite to each other.
[Fig 1.1]
3- The magnets used in the cabinet are always in pair, making equal
pressure on both sides to complete the work. Spherical magnets can
also be used in place of rods.
But it should have a hole, just enough big to move a shaft up to down in it The power of the magnet is also fixed. It makes the rod to be separated from the magnets on applying the force and makes the rod to be stuck in the condition of less attraction. [Fig 1.2]
4- The fourth part of B.M.S can be said the back bone of B.M.S. it is rod
shaft that completes almost all the function of the machine. It iS made
up of hard plastic, so that it can bear high temperature without
melting. The rod shaft is divided into three parts.
M: It is an upper part of the shaft. It comprises of a copper strip that is connected to the rod from just middle of it. Two copper points are made on either side of the strip.
These points make the flow of current of the circuit by the connection with the cabinet points and stop the current flow in circuit by separating themselves from cabinet points after completing the function.
These are made thick so that they can remain effective for a long time. [Fig 1.3]
N: This point is below the above mentioned points on the rod shaft. There is an iron rod on this point with the ends either side of the point. This rod is only big enough so that it can move up and down between the strips in the cabinet without a collision and can stick to the magnets in a proper manner. [Fig 1.3]
O: It is a plastic rod that is a placed below the second point. It is very short in length. It has the ends on either side of the point. This point is placed because of the movement of spring, below It. The spring is stopped at its position with help of this point.
The other end of this plastic rod comes out from the hole of the part of a cabinet which is like a pipe. This rod shaft is made of a fixed length so that the complete task can be done comfortably. [Fig 1.3]
5- The fifth part of B.M.S is the spring below the rod shaft. It is placed in
the pipe like structure of the cabinet. It is made up of a thick wire of
steal. The end of plastic shaft is placed in the spring, and then it is
fixed inside the cabinet.
The choice of the spring should be made, strictly according to the need, other wise it would not lift the rod shaft in the presence of low pressure and rod would not be separated from the magnet even on applying the force, causing the continuous flow of current in the circuit.
If the pressure is high, the circuit would not be connected and motor pump would not get started. Therefore, the choice of spring should be according to the need and exact. [Fig 1.1]
6- This part is needed by the B.M.S machine to complete its objective and
to get stability. B.M.S is fixed on the floor by making a hole in the tank
floor and a plastic nut is fixed on the mouth of cabinet. This nut gives
the stability to the machine and connects the tank to it.
[Fig 1.1]
7- The seventh part of B.M.S is like a plate or bowl of plastic. It has a
socket in the middle that connects it to the rod shaft. This plate is
called pressure plate. It has a point in the middle of its lower part. A thread is joined to this point. Its weight is fixed. If it would have a higher weight,
It would exert more pressure on the spring, resulting in the disconnection of the current flow and this would stop the functioning of motor pump and the flow of water in the tank would be stopped. The plate should not be stepped out, other wise it would make an uneven pressure on this plate by the ball, resulting in the nonfunctioning of the submersible motor pump. [Fig 1.1]
8- The next part is a thread. The thread is of many kinds, but the plastic
thread is the best because it does not get moistures. Also, it should be
flexible according to the need. If it is not so, it would not work
properly. It should be strong also, so that it can't be broken down by
the ball, which is freely hanging on it. It is placed between the ball and
plate, making a connection of both. The level of water in tank is
determined by changing the length of thread.
[Fig 1.1]
9- It is an ordinary part of B.M.S., a plastic ball. It is hollow, so that it can
float on the water. It has fixed weight. If more or less, the function
would not be properly done.
A rubber ball can also be used in place of it. There is a point on the ball, connecting the thread with it. This point is not stepped out making an exact pressure on the plate. When the ball floats on the water, there are no effects in the circuit. But when the ball hangs freely, the rod shaft comes down due to its weight. This results in the completion of circuit and therefore the submersible motor pump starts up. This results in the flow of water in the tank. When level of water gets completed, the ball makes pressure on the plate because it gets pressurized by the water.
There fore, the rod shaft comes up and the flow of current stops in the circuit. This results in the nonfunctioning of motor pump and the water flow in the tank stops with it. This function goes on without any interference.
[Fig 1.1]
10- The tenth part of B.M.S. is the joints. They give B.M.S. Its structure, these are on the lower part of the cabinet. These are made with the cabinet. They give a cover to the B.M.S. These are made according to the hooks of the pipe so that both the parts can be connected and separated by them. [Fig 1.1]
11- The last part of B.M.S is a piece of pipe. It gives the B.M.S a structure. It has hooks on one of its side. This part is also called B.M.S cover. It not only gives a cover to B.M.S but also gives a direction to the ball to function properly.
The ball floats to and fro without this cover, resulting in an improper functioning of ball and there fore of B.M.S. The width of this pipe is just enough to have a ball that can work in it. In other words, it can be called skin of B.M.S, because it covers internal parts of B.M.S. and protects them. The cover gives a neat and clean structure to the machine.
[fig.5]
To make the B.M.S in function, a hole is made in the lid of tank and it is
made stable with the help of a thread. Then the cover is joined to the
cabinet by the joints. When the main wire of B.M.S is connected to the
motor pump, it starts functioning and works as follow:
The spring gets pressurized due to its weight. The spring therefore
comes down, resulting in the stuck of the iron rod of shaft to the
magnets. This makes the rod shaft to come down, resulting in the
connection of its both points to the points of cabinet.
The circuit thus gets completed and there is a flow of current in it and
the functioning of submersible motor pump is started. This makes an
increase in the water level in the tank.
It results in the floating of ball on the water and the pressure does not
work on the machine.
Now magnetic power starts functioning and these magnets complete the circuit The flow of current now is because of the attraction of the iron rod to the magnets and there fore, the pump works continuously.
The ball gets up with level of the water in the tank. At a certain level, the water makes a pressure on the ball. Now, the ball makes a pressure on the plate. At a certain level, this pressure is more than the magnetic power, resulting in the getting up of rod shaft. The points now get separated. This stops the flow of current in the circuit. Thus, the pump stops working and the level of the water does not increase in the tank.
When the water level gets down in the tank, the spring stops the shaft to get down. It results in the disconnection of circuit and thus the pump does not work, now. This process goes on without any interference. B.M.S is an automatic machine.
The two way switch is used in the circuit of panels of the pump to make B.M.S. workable in the ordinary panel. The switch is connected in between a blue wire that is joined to the main wire. In B.M.S, Main wire is connected to the main point of the switch. One point is connected to the blue wire of submersible motor pump and other point is connected to a wire of B.M.S. The second wire is connected to the blue wire of pump. In this way, it starts functioning. [Fig 2]
The two way switch is used in automatic panels, too. It is connected in the circuit to separate B.M.S from Motor pump. When it is to be connected in the circuit, one two way switch, in between the button of submersible motor pump, is connected to the auto cut present in the panel of submersible motor pump.
One wire of B.M.S. is connected to the end of a wire switch and the other one is joined to the main wire of the closing button of panel of submersible motor pump. The auto cut wire is made as the main wire of the switch and the functioning wire is connected to other end of the switch. When B.M.S is to be connected to the circuit, the switch is made on and when B.M.S is to be separated, the switch is made off. This makes it functioning, [fig 3]
It has been seen that there is a problem of voltage supply at many places. To resolve the problem, a relay is used in the ordinary panels. It there is voltage problem, It stops B.M.S. to function the submersible motor pump. When the voltage supply to good, it does not affect B.M.S. and B.M.S. works, independently. This relay works on 220voltes and is connected in the panels of submersible motor pump. There is no need of relay in auto cut panels as they have already a relay.

Claims
1. With the use of B.M.S, The reduction in level of drinkable water can be controlled up to a certain limit. The much quantity of water gets wasted because the submersible pump does not get off at the proper time. This affects the level of drinkable water. This submersible ' pump reduces the wastage of water by switching off the motor pumps at the proper time.
2. Due to the rapid development, the use of electric current is also increasing, day by day. This results in the increase of electricity prices. Thus, a person has to pay more for the electricity. The over use of submersible motor pump leads to over use of electricity.
This over use can be reduced with the help of B.M.S. up to a certain limit. When, it is connected to the motor pump circuit, it controls the submersible motor pump itself and thus the submersible motor pump does not function extra. It leads to the reduction of electricity and electricity bill.
3. Generally, It is seen that the over use of submersible motor pump leads to the over flow of water from tank, resulting in the harm to floors, colors and structure of the buildings. Using B.M.S, It stops the functioning of submersible motor pump, when the level of water gets completed in the tank. Thus, the water remains in the tank up to a certain level and does not get spread on the floor. This stops the harm to the buildings due to the over flow of water. At many places, the pipe is connected to tank, so that the water over flown does not get spread out side. But, this pipe can not take out all the water, Thus, The water flows out from the tank. B.M.S. prevents all of this, because it controls the over flow of water.
4. We all know that more use of a machine makes it less efficient. So, the over use of submersible motor pump reduces its efficiency, making its life short, By using B.M.S, submersible motor pump does not work unnecessarily. Thus, it prevents the reduction in the efficiency in the parts of the pump. Thus, the working life of the submersible motor pump increases and it works for a long time.
5. An important advantage of using B.M.S is that it operates the submersible motor pump automatically. In this hurried world, no one has time. Therefore, people often do not see that there is water or not in the tank. It creates a problem, when tank has no water. But, the use of B.M.S does not need it, because it works automatically after connecting with circuit of submersible motor pump.
When, the tank is empty, it fills the tank without any interference and stops the pump after filling the tank. B.M.S operates the submersible motor pump automatically and efficiently.
6. If B.M.S. gets damaged when it is operating the submersible motor pump, there is no danger of spreading of the current because it is fixed on the floor of the tank. If it gets damaged, the water flows out of the tank from the lower part of the current area. Thus, there is no danger of the current.
