Braking System For A Two Wheeled Vehicle

Abstract: ABSTRACT BRAKING SYSTEM FOR A TWO-WHEELED VEHICLE Approaches for a braking system for a two-wheeled vehicle are disclosed. The two-wheeled vehicle comprises a front-wheel brake and a rear-5 wheeled brake. The front-wheel brake may be actuated by a front-wheel brake actuator and the rearwheel brake may be actuated by a rear-wheel brake actuator. In one example, the hydraulic brake force distribution system may comprise a hydraulic cylinder, a resilient member, a sliding member, a first pressure chamber, a second pressure 10 chamber, and a plurality of sealing members. In one example, the first pressure chamber may be defined in an inner surface of the hydraulic cylinder and may be coupled to the rear-wheel brake actuator at one end and to the rear-wheel brake at another end. Further, the second pressure chamber may be defined in the inner surface and may be coupled to the front-wheel brake actuator at one end and to 15 the front-wheel at another end.
