WE CLAIM:
1. A brush motor, comprising:
a brush ( 15) which is brought into sliding contact with a comutator (9);
a brush holder (16) in which the brush (15) is slidably housed;
a brush holder base (17) which fixes the brush holder (16) and which is fixed to a housing (4) via an elastic body (21) ;
a lead wire (27) through which to supply electric power to the brush (15); and
a lead wire holder (29) which is fixed to the housing (4) and which has an insertion hole (29a) through which to pass the lead wire (27), wherein
the lead wire holder (29) has regulating portions (29b and 29e) which regulate the disposition of a banding member (30) which fixes the lead wire (27) to the lead wire holder (2 9) through the insertion hole (2 9a) outside the housing ( 4).
2. The brush motor according to claim 1, wherein
the regulating portions (29b and 29e) configure a groove which extends in a direction of the length of the banding member (30) and which is conformed to the width of the banding member (30).
3. The brush motor according to claim 2, wherein
the groove has an insertion portion (29f) through which to pass the banding member (30).
4. The brush motor according to claim 2 or 3, wherein
the groove is formed of a banding member fastening
portion (29b) forming the bottom surface and banding member guide portions (29e) forming the side surfaces.
5. The brush motor according to claim 4, wherein
the lead wire (27) exit portion of the outer side banding member guide portion (29e) is formed as a circular arc, and the lead wire (27) exit surface and the circular arc are smoothly joined together by an interface therebetween.
6. The brush motor according to claim 4, wherein
the banding member fastening portion (2 9b) is formed as a circular arc which protrudes in the longitudinal central portion thereof.
7. The brush motor according to any one of claims 1 to
6, wherein
the insertion hole (29a) has a protrusion portion (29j) which comes into radial contact with the lead wire (27).
8. The brush motor according to any one of claims 1 to
7, wherein
there are a plurality of the lead wires (27), and a plurality of the insertion holes (29a) are provided accordingly, wherein
the plurality of lead wires (27) are inserted into the
respective plurality of insertion holes (29a) and are fixed to the lead wire holder (29) by one banding member (30).
9. The brush motor according to any one of claims 1 to
7, wherein
there are a plurality of the lead wires (27), and a plurality of the insertion holes (29a) are provided accordingly, wherein
the plurality of lead wires (27) are inserted into the respective plurality of insertion holes (29a) and are fixed one by each of a plurality of the banding members (30).
10. The brush motor according to any one of claims 1
to 9, wherein
the lead wire holder (29) has a lead wire fastening portion (29c) which secures the area of contact of the lead wire (27) with the fastening member (30).
11. The brush motor according to claim 10, wherein
the lead wire holder (29) has a lead wire exit groove
(29g) in an exit portion from which the lead wire (27) is led out, and the lead wire exit groove (29g) is formed as a circular arc whose length is longer than the arc length of the lead wire fastening portion (29c).
12. The brush motor according to claim 10 or 11,
wherein
the lead wire fastening portion (29c) has protrusion portions (29d) which protrude toward the lead wire (27).
