PREAMBLE TO THE DESCRIPTION:
[0001] the following specification particularly describes the nature of this invention and the manner in which it is to be performed.
FIELD OF THE INVENTION: [0002] The invention relates to the design and development of mechanical system. Basically bullock cart or ox cart in one of the two wheeled or four wheeled cart used for load carrying or for transportation of passengers. Now a days in India the bullock cart or ox cart is widely used for transportation of sugarcane from farm to factory. When we see the structure of the bullock cart we find that the maximum load is transferred on the shoulders of the animal due to which they are struggling while pulling the cart. [0003] We designed one load balance system for the bullock cart in which we are attaching one additional wheel to the cart. This additional wheel can take the load of vehicle instead of transferring to animals shoulder. The third wheel can rotate in 1800 so it is easier to turn the cart. The additional wheel is also having suspension, Brake as well as height adjustment mechanism. Our main air to design The Bullock cart load balanced system that can be easily assembled and dismantle to any bullock cart
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION: [0004] Around 4500–3300 BC years ago wheel was invented. The inventions of the wheel were used in transportation most likely used in Sumer. In ancient times the wheels which were used for the cart are completely solid with having hole at the centre for mounting of the axle. It is a means of transportation which was used since ancient times in many parts of the world. They are still used today for transportation where modern vehicles are too expensive or the infrastructure favors them. [0005] At present days the bullock cart or ox cart used in India is having two wheels. These types of carts are widely used for transportation sugarcane. The load is divided on wheels as well as shoulders of the animal. As farmers are overloading the cart to earn more profit due to which the farmers are facing too much problems to pull that cart. Despite various action are already taken by the Indian government to avoid overloading of cart but the farmers are still doing the same thing. Also the carts who are available in the market they don’t have b raking system. Hence such kind of the carts are completely depends upon the moments of the animals. Normally when the cart moving on downward slope then it is very difficult to stop the cart. Hence we decided to provide additional wheel support to the cart to give relief to the animals that are pulling the cart. Also it consists of additional braking system which can easily stop the vehicle.
[0006] Indian Patent 194420-There is disclosed a cart with tilting mechanism comprising a main chassis (G) supported on a front wheel axle (I) and a rear wheel axle (K) , pairs of wheels (H) being mounted on said axles (I, K), a cart body (V) tiltably attached to the main chassis for carrying goods thereon; a tilting mechanism comprising a gear box (P) with a handle (P1) for tilting the cart from a normal position to a tilted position and vice versa, said gear box (P) being attached to said chassis (G); a wheel brake (M) connected to the wheels for controlling the speed of the cart; a stand (O) attached to the front wheel axle (I) for permitting swift turns of the cart; a cart connector (Q) connecting the cart to a yoke ( R) and a tilting lock (T) for keeping the cart body in the normal position when the tilting mechanism is not in use.
ADVANTAGES OF THE INVENTION [0007] Bullock cart load balanced system attachment is can be easily attached and removed to the existing cart with small modifications. We can adjust the height of yoke from ground. The wheel can turn around 900 left and 900 right due to which it became easier to take turn. The brake system is attached to the wheel and operating rope is connected to the braking arm so that when driver pull the rope the brakes will be easily applied. When the cart is loaded then due to presence of additional wheel the load on the shoulders of animals is minimized so the animals perform only function of pulling the cart.
OBJECTS OF THE INVENTION : [0008] To minimize the weight on the shoulders of animal by providing additional support wheel [0009] To provide height adjustment mechanism to adjust the height of the yoke according to height of animals [0010] To provide easiest braking system which can be operated by the rope [0011] To turn the support wheel 900 left and 900 right.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION: [0012] We are very well known about our India is developing nation and around 6070 percentage of population are still engaged in the agriculture sector.and as a Indian culture so many farmers are still using bullock cart for transportation of goods and passengers in India. But the carts which are available in the market or designed by farmers are having two wheels. When the cart is loaded then the load is transferred to the wheels as well as on the shoulders of the animals hence, the animals are facing difficult to pull that load. In recent days Indian farmers are using tractor and trolleys for agricultural work so the bull cart system is still underdeveloped or we can say unmodified from so many years Even in 21 century there is a still the farmers are still using oldest model of the cart hence efforts required for the animals are more.
[0013] it’s a sad fact that in today’s advance technology the bull cart design is still undeveloped ,there is no carts available in the market which can be
minimize the loads on the animal. Our main focus is to develop such mechanism which can be easily mounted on the cart to minimize the load on the shoulders of animals. [0014] our main focus is on them (1) To make user friendly bullock cart load balanced system which can be easily attached and dismantled (2) To reduce efforts of animals while pulling the cart (3) Provide height adjustment mechanism to adjust the height of the yoke according to the height of animals

DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF THE ACCOMPANYING DRAWINGS:
[0017] According to this invention, we have made bullock cart load balanced system,In which we have modified the existing bullock cart in such a way that the bullock cart is supported on two wheels(41) with the help of rear axle(53).All the components of the system is attached to the main frame(42).The additional support wheel(44) is mounted on the wheel axle(45)with the help of rotating arm(50) the rotating arm (50) is connected to the fixed arm (49) with the help of bearings(51).the rotating arm(50) can rotate at 900 left and right about its initial axis. The height adjustment pin (52) is provided to adjust the height of fixed arm (49).the support wheel (44) consists of brake drum (46) and braking arm (46) which is connected to the braking rope (48).when we applied the load in the cart then the load is balanced with the help of support wheel (44) and very less amount of load id transferred to the animals with the help of yoke (43) which is connected to the main frame. When we pull the braking rope (48) then due to the braking force the braking arm (46) is pulled and brakes are applied to the support wheel with the help of braking drum (47). [0018] (41) WHEEL: Basically the Bullock Cart is mounted on two wheels with the help of dead axles. The main function of the wheels is to support as well as to provide driving flexibility. The size of the wheels can be varied according to the size of the cart. [0019] (42) MAIN FRAME: Main frame is nothing but the structure on which all the necessary components of the system is mounted. The material used for the frame is generally as per the availability but most probably mild steel or alloy steel is used for manufacturing of the frame. [0020] (43) YOKE: We are using one yoke which is connected to the main frame with the help of pin joint .Yoke is the structure where we can attach animals for pulling the cart. The animals are attached to the yoke with the help of rope.
[0021] (44) SUPPORT WHEEL: The support wheel is connected at the front side of the cart which can take additional load of animals and provide relief to them .the wheel can turn around 900 left and 900 right so that, it becomes easier to take turn and avoid side thrust. [0022] (45) WHEEL AXLE: The support wheel is connected to the rotating arm with the help of wheel axle. [0023] (45) BRAKING ARM: The braking arm is connected to the drum brake with the help of that we can apply the brake by simply pulling the arm with the help of rope. [0024] (46) BRAKE DRUM: The wheel is mounted on brake drum. When The brake pads are gets in contact with the brake drum then due to friction the brakes are applied and the cart will be stopped. [0025] (47) BRAKING ROPE: One end of braking rope is connected to the braking arm and another end is in the hands of the operator ones the rope is pulled then due to movement of the braking arm the brakes are applied. [0026] (48) FIXED ARM: The fixed arm is connected to the main frame and the holes are provided in the arm so that height of cart can be adjusted. [0027] (50) ROTATING ARM: The rotating arm consist of wheel is connected to the fixed arm with the help of bearing. So that it can rotate left and right. This becomes very easy to take turn and avoids side thrust while taking turn. [0028] (51) BEARING: Taper roller bearing is fixed in the fixed arm and it provides support to the rotating arm due to bearing it can take vertical load as well as minimizes friction between fixed and rotating arm. [0029] (52) ADJUSTMENT PIN: With the help of adjustment pin we can adjust the height of the cart from ground.
