“Cable Management Box Equipped With Mobile Holder”

Abstract: “Cable Management Box”  supports number of peripheral devices used in Computers such as printers, scanners, UPS, speakers, internet connectivity and not limited to the said applications. For the essential function of computer and its accessories it should be energized using electrical input cables. To arrange these cables in an organised manner many cable management devices are proposed but the available methods are not made with modern adoption. The present invention used to house 4-5 socket power strips within the cable management box which gives solution for dangerous exposed sockets. Also the excess cables tangled below computer table are organised in the proposed cable management box using apertures (3) and ports. In additional feature the cable management box is designed with the provision of inclined cover (2) to hold mobile phones during the charging phase. In this way the present invention overcome all the disadvantages of the available cable management apparatus and offer the user with pleasant experience in computer usage.

, Description:FIELD OF INVENTION
[0001] The present invention is a utility apparatus, in particular a cable management apparatus that can be used for management of computer cables and its peripherals.
BACK GROUND OF INVENTION
[0002] The invention relates to handling of cables that is plugged in with computers and its peripheral also the invention used to reduce messing of cables under the working tables of computers.
[0003] In the technological advancement, nowadays the computer start from personal to work stations the computers are always accompanied by peripheral devices to advance the user experience. Some of the peripheral devices attached with the computers are printers, speakers, scanners, and not limited to said applications.
[0004] To energise the computer CPU, monitor, and its peripheral devices number of power socket is needed. Usually a separate portable extension socket box with 4-5 sockets is used to plug in different cables of the computer peripheries. The socket is exposed and dangerous to the children who dwell near the work place.
[0005] The number of cables towards the socket is tangled under the computer table. For handling particular cable for maintenance it is difficult to identify. The user engaged with computers always accompany with a mobile phone for which a charger is needed near the computer table and this will add further cable near the computer table.
[0006] To overcome these disadvantages numbers of cable management systems are proposed and the available cable management systems are not modular for different types of cables and those systems not having provisions to hold mobiles for charging.
[0007] The present invention deliberately reduces the obstacles with the available cable management systems.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0008] The cable management box which comprises of easy opening and closing cap at the top, provisions for power socket within the box, rubber holder at the four bottom corners of the box, openings at the bottom of the box for heat dissipation, two apertures at the sides of the box for easy handling of cables without opening the top cover, a provision to hold the mobiles externally in the top of the cover, small ports in the top view of the box for easy handling small cables such as mobile chargers.
OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION
[0009] The main objective of the invention is to organize the tangled cables that produce mess below the computer tables.
[0010] Another objective of the invention is to provide safety room for the power sockets to overcome electrical hazards.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0011] The present invention is an improved cable management box that provides room for power socket, cables and has a special provision of holding mobile phones in charging phase.
[0012] The system comprises a specially adapted box that attaches via a removable top cap for easy handling. The box has two aperture (3) in the adjacent side of the cable box which is used for the insertion of wires, cables, and the like. The box is easily installed and removed, and reusable at a new location.
[0013] In the present invention the cable management box can store 4-5 socket strips which are used to plug in different peripherals. Providing room to the socket strips make the computer surroundings less dangerous and user can deserve hassle free experience.
[0014] The removable cap attached at the top of the present invention is specially designed as sloped cover (2) with easy access to mobile charging cables. All the peripheral cables are plugged within the box that makes user not to open the box every time of attachment and including mobile chargers have plugged in provisions for easy usage.
[0015] The bottom surface of the box is also specially designed with grid openings (5) that provides ventilation (5) and prevents overheating of chargers & extension leads.
[0016] In the present invention a vertical support bar (6) inside the product box provide mechanical support to make the cable management box strong. Rubber feet (4) provided on the bottom of the product keep the product from slipping and sliding on flat surfaces.
