Abstract: There is provided a camera device includes a first information acquisition portion that acquires first information used to control a first area that is specified within a whole image captured by a camera portion, a second information acquisition portion that acquires second information used to control a second area that is specified within the whole image, a control portion that controls mechanical movement of the camera portion based on the first information, and an image processing portion that acquires an image of the first area from the whole image captured by the camera portion, and that extracts an image of the second area from within the first area based on the second information.
