Camera Event Logger
Abstract: A camera event logger device and a method for logging events of a motion picture camera, the device comprising a data port configured to receive control signals to manage the logger device, a radio frequency receiver to receive time signal of a particular frequency to enable fine adjustment of a t imecode, a timecode manager including a plurality of timecode readers and at least one timecode generator, a processor configured to receive camera status information and conditioned timecode from the timecode manager, wherein the camera status information is tagged with the condi t ioned t imecode to generated metadata f i les, and a storage unit to store the metadata files.
