Abstract: [Problem] To provide a cartridge mounting structure which can maintain a cartridge at an attitude in which a lid body does not obstruct the movement of the content of the cartridge when the cartridge is unsealed. [Solution] A lid opening rib (75) on the writing implement body side has: an unsealing plate (76) which moves a lid body (22) from a sealing attitude (P) by relatively pressing the vicinity of the edge of the lid body (22) by means of screw feeding operation; and a positioning plate (77) which is provided integrally with the unsealing plate (76) and which, at the end of the screw feeding operation, positions the lid body (22) at a raised attitude (Q) perpendicular to the sealing attitude (P).

TITLE OF THE INVENTION: CARTRIDGE MOUNTING STRUCTURE
TECHNICAL FIELD
[0001] The present invention relates to a cartridge mounting structure for an
interchangeable cartridge relative to a main body.
BACKGROUND ART
[0002] Conventionally, there have been proposed various cartridge mounting structure
in which putting an interchangeable cartridge into a main body gets a lid body being
released from a sealing attitude to seal contents in a container body of the cartridge so that
the contents become usable (See Patent document 1, for example).
[0003] However, a problem may occur that the contents cannot be used appropriately
because the lid body itself becomes an obstacle to flowing of the contents depending on the
movement position of the lid body after insertion of the cartridge.
[0004] Patent document 1 discloses a cartridge mounting structure that is used in the
structure for installation of an ink cartridge of a writing implement. With respect to the
structure as described on Patent document 1, there is concern about causing malfunction in
which the lid body simply translated parallel prevents the ink from flowing outside and
therefore it becomes impossible to write depending on pressing operation by an opener
body that is provided on the main body and contacts with the lid body when inserting.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
PROBLEMS TO BE SOLVED BY THE INVENTION

[0006] The present invention has paid attention to the above defect, it is an object of the
present invention to provide a cartridge mounting structure that can maintain a lid body at
an attitude in which the lid body does not obstruct movement of contents of a cartridge
when the cartridge is unsealed.
MEANS OF SOLVING THE PROBLEMS
[0007] In order to realize the above object, the present invention has prepared the
following means.
[0008] That is, a cartridge mounting structure according to the present invention to
mount a cartridge on a main body with screwing operation is characterized in that the
cartridge has a container body to contain contents and a lid body to seal the contents in the
container body assuming a sealing attitude, the main body has an opener body to press a
neighborhood of an edge part of the lid body through the screwing operation so as to
displace the lid body from the sealing attitude and a positioning body to position the lid
body so that the lid body assumes a raised attitude orthogonal to the sealing attitude at the
end of the screwing operation.
[0009] Such configuration in which the lid body is positioned at the raised attitude solves
the problem that the lid body released from the sealing attitude prevents the contents from
moving out of the container body, and contributes to stable using of the contents.
[0010] In order to be able to put the lid body at the raised attitude more certainly, it is
desirable that the screwing operation end in a state where the opener body has rotated
through the screwing operation by 90 degrees or more from a press starting position at
which the opener body contacts with the lid body to press.
[0011] In order for pressing the lid body with the opener body to be able to lead the
attitude of the lid body into change quickly, it is preferable that distance between a side
wall of the main body and the opener body be set to be approximately equal to thickness

of a side wall of the container body.
[0012] In order to enhance strength of the opener body and facilitate changing the
attitude of the lid body more smoothly, it is desirable that the positioning body be
integrated with the opener body.
[0013] In order to surely prevent leakage of the contents in a state of sealing as well as
ensure smoothly changing the attitude of the lid body when unsealing as described above,
it is desirable to employ a configuration such that one of the container body and the lid
body has a non-rubbing closely-contact face that not is rubbed against the other while the
lid body is getting inserted into the container body to seal the contents in but is brought
into close contact with the other, the non-rubbing closely-contact face seals the contents in.
[0014] As a mode of the non-rubbing closely-contact face, the structure ran be cited, in
which the lid body has a plurality of sealing ridges to seal in a state of pinching an
engaging ridge provided in a predetermined location of the container body from inner and
outer sides.
[0015] As a specific configuration to provide securer sealing, the structure can be cited in
which the sealing ridges include a first ridge that is inserted first and a second ridge that is
inserted after when getting inserted, a backward slant formed on the back side in an
inserting direction of the first ridge and a forward slant formed on the front side in the
inserting direction of the second ridge are the non-rubbing closely-contact faces to be
brought into close contact with the engaging ridge.
[0016] In order to surely carry out the insertion in the sealing attitude when inserting, it is
desirable that protrusion measure of the second ridge be set larger than protrusion
measure of the first ridge.
[0017] As a suitable mode employing the cartridge mounting structure according to the
present invention, utilization for a cartridge-exchange-type writing implement with ink as

the contents can be cited.
EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION
[0018] The present invention is able to provide a cartridge mounting structure that can
maintain a lid body at an attitude in which the lid body does not obstruct movement of
contents of a cartridge when the cartridge is unsealed.

MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
[0020] Described below is an embodiment of the present invention with reference to
FIGs. 1 to 12.
[0021] As shown in FIGs. 1 to 6, a writing implement according to this embodiment,
which is suitably used as a whiteboard marker, includes a writing implement main body 1

supporting a pen tip 5 on a top portion thereof, an ink cartridge 2 capable of storing ink
inside to be screwed to the writing implement main body 1, and a cover 3 capable of
covering the ink cartridge 2 to be screwed to the writing implement main body 1.
[0022] The writing implement main body 1 has a barrel 4 capable of accepting a part of
the ink cartridge 2 inside and supporting the pen tip 5 on the top portion, a wadding 6
provided between the ink cartridge 2 and the pen tip 5 and housed inside the barrel 4, and
a supply pipe 7 to supply the ink in the ink cartridge 2 to the pen tip 5 through the
wadding 6.
[0023] The writing implement also includes a cap 8 to cap the pen tip 5 when it is not in
use to write, the cap 8 is detachable from the barrel 4.
[0024] As shown in FIGs. 2, 3 to 6 and 8 to 12, the ink cartridge 2 has a cartridge main
body 21 as a container body capable of storing the ink inside that opens toward the tip
side, and a disk-like lid body 22 capable of closing the opening of the cartridge main body
21.
[0025] The cartridge main body 21 has a flange portion 211 in a position being closer to
the pen tip 5, and a driven projection 212 that projects opposite to the pen tip 5 from the
flange portion 211. In addition, an external thread 213 is provided on the cartridge main
body 21. The external thread 213 can be engaged with an internal thread 74 provided on
the supply pipe 7. That is, the ink cartridge 2 is screwed to the supply pipe 7 by engaging
the external thread 213 on the ink cartridge 2 with the internal thread 74 provided on the
supply pipe 7. And, a lid catching rib 214 as a engaging ridge is provided inside the
cartridge main body 21 to catch the lid body 22. As shown in FIGs. 9 to 12, the lid
catching rib 214 circularly and continuously extends along the circumferential direction on
the internal face 21a of the cartridge main body 21. The lid catching rib 214 has a ridge
shape in a cross sectional view, hence an outer slant 216 is formed on the pen tip 5 side

thereof, and an inner slant 215 is formed on the counter side thereof. The inner slant 215
constitutes a non-rubbing closely-contact face X according to the present invention, this
point will be detailed below.
[0026] Meanwhile, as shown in FIGs. 4, 8, 9 and 12, the lid body 22 is placed on the lid
catching rib 214 of the cartridge main body 21 and assumes the sealing attitude (P) so as to
seal the opening of the cartridge main body 21 when the ink cartridge 2 filled with the ink
inside is distributed in itself. The lid body 22 has a plurality of ridges to be engaged with
the lid catching rib 214, namely, a first ridge 221 and a second ridge 222 closer to the pen
tip 5 than the first ridge 221. The first ridge 221 and the second ridge 222 at the sealing
attitude (P) seal in a staLe of pmching the lid ratrhing rih 714 provided in a neighborhood
ot the opening end of the cartridge main body 21 from inner and outer sides. The first
ridge 221 protrudes in a shape of a ridge in the cross sectional view, hence a backward
slant 224 is formed on the pen tip 5 side thereof, and a forward slant 223 is formed on the
counter side thereof. The second ridge 222 protrudes further than the first ridge 221 by a
certain measure, for example, by 0.1 mm. The second ridge 222 is formed into a trapezoid
shape in the cross sectional view. The second ridge 222 has a top face 226 on the pen tip 5
side thereof to be able to closely contact with the internal face 21a of the cartridge main
body 21, and a forward slant 225 continuous with the top face 226 toward the counter side
of the pen tip 5. As shown in FIG. 12, according to the embodiment, the backward slant
224 and the forward slant 225 of the second ridge 222 each constitute a non-rubbing
closely-contact face X on the lid body 22, the non-rubbing closely-contact faces X not are
rubbed against the cartridge main body 21 while the lid body 22 is getting inserted to seal
the ink in but are brought into close contact with the cartridge main body 21, the ink not
being illustrated. The mode will be detailed below.
[0027] The lid body 22 butts against a lid opening rib 75 and, as shown in FIGs. 5 and 7, is

displaced to assume a raised attitude (Q) where the opening of the cartridge main body 21
is opened when the external thread 213 on the cartridge main body 21 is engaged with the
internal thread 74 provided on the supply pipe 7. The ink cartridge 2 is covered with the
cover 3 while the writing implement 1 is in use.
[0028] As shown in FIGs. 1 to 5, the cover 3 is formed into an approximately cylindrical
shape and has an external thread 31 on the top side that can be engaged with an internal
thread 44 provided on the barrel 4. The bottom side of the cover 3 is formed into a
hemispherical shape. That is, the cover 3 is screwed to the barrel 4 by engaging the
external thread 31 on the cover 3 with the internal thread 44 provided on the barrel 4:
And, a driving recess 32 capable of being engaged with the driven projection 212 of the mk
cartridge 2 by a concavo-convex engagement is provided on the top end fare of the. cover
3. The driving recess 32 has a vertical face to press the driven projection 212 so as to
transmit screwing operation force to the ink cartridge 2 when the external thread 31 is
engaged with the internal thread provided on the barrel 4 so that the cover 3 is screwed to
the barrel 4. The driving recess 32 also has a cam face to guide the cover 3 in a direction
away from the driven projection 212 without transmitting the removing operation force to
the ink cartridge 2 when the external thread 213 is disengaged from the internal thread 44
provided on the barrel 4 so that the cover 3 is removed from the barrel 4. In other words,
the driven projection 212 and the driving recess 32 constitute an interlocking mechanism.
The interlocking mechanism has the function of transmitting the screwing operation force
to the ink cartridge 2 so as to screw the ink cartridge 2 to the supply pipe 7 being a
component of the writing implement main body 1 when the cover 3 is screwed to the
barrel 4 being a component of the writing implement main body 1. The interlocking
mechanism also has the function of not transmitting the removing operation force for
removing the cover 3 from the writing implement main body 1 to the ink cartridge 2.

[0029] As shown in FIGs. 3 to 5, the pen tip 5 is held by pen tip holding ribs 42 provided
on the inner periphery of the top portion of the barrel 4, the barrel 4 being one component
of the writing implement main body 1 as described above. The pen tip 5 is configured
similarly to common pen tips used for writing implements of this kind. As shown in
FIGs. 4 and 5, air flow passages 91 to enable air to flow are provided between the pen tip 5
and the pen tip holding ribs 42.
[0030] As shown in FIGs. 1 to 5, the barrel 4 is formed into an approximately cylindrical
shape and has a pen tip supporting portion 41 to support the pen tip 5 at one end part, the
diameter of the pen tip supporting portion 41 being smaller than the other part of the
barrel 4. For example, four pen tip holding ribs 42 are provided on the inner surface of
the pen tip supporting portion 41 so that the pen tip holding rihs 42 adjacent to each othrr
are spaced by 90 degrees in the circumferential direction, the pen tip holding ribs 42 hold
the pen tip 5. And, for example, eight wadding holding ribs 43 are provided on the inner
surface of a region adjacent to the pen tip supporting portion 41 in the barrel 4 so that the
wadding holding ribs 43 adjacent to each other are spaced by 45 degrees in the
circumferential direction, the wadding holding ribs 43 hold the wadding 6. Four of the
eight wadding holding ribs 43 are approximately continuous with the pen tip holding ribs
42 and are longer than the other four ribs. As shown in FIGs. 4 and 5, the internal thread
44 to be engaged with the external thread 31 on the cover 3 so that the cover 3 is attached to
the barrel 4 as described above is provided on the inner surface of the other end part
opposite to the pen tip supporting portion 41 in the barrel 4. In addition, a positioning
part to position the cover 3 relative to the barrel 4 is provided between the barrel 4 and the
cover 3. The positioning part is configured by engaging a locking recess that is provided
by cutting the internal thread 44 on the barrel 4 with a locking projection 33 that is
provided continuously to the external thread 31 on the cover 3 and can be engaged with

the locking recess, the locking recess not being illustrated.
[0031] The wadding 6 is configured similarly to common wadding used for writing
implements of this kind. That is, as indicated by imaginary lines in FIGs. 5 and 6, the
wadding 6 has a wadding main body made of a large number of fibers extending along
the longitudinal direction of the writing implement, and a wadding cover made of resin to
enclose the wadding main body inside. As shown in FIG. 6, the wadding 6 is inserted
into the barrel 4 and held by the wadding holding ribs 43 of the barrel 4. And, the pen tip
5 and the supply pipe 7 are inserted into the wadding 6 from both sides of the wadding 6
in the longitudinal direction.
[0032] As shown in FIGs. 3 to 6, the supply pipe 7 has one supply pipe main body 71
whose side close to the pen tip 5 is inserted into the wadding 6 and an outer cylinder body
72 provided outside the supply pipe main body 71 to join the ink cartridge 2 to the supply
pipe main body 71. The supply pipe main body 71 has protruding parts 71a on the end
face at the side close to the pen tip 5 to be inserted into the wadding 6 so that the ink is
introduced into the wadding 6, and one supply pass 71c to let the ink and air flow inside.
An opening end at the side close to the pen tip 5 of the supply pass 71c is opened from the
protruding part 71a to a non-protruding part 71b. The cross section of the supply pipe
main body 71 is a oval shape. Meanwhile, rotation stopping concaves 72a are provided at
the side close to the pen tip 5 of the outer cylinder body 72 to be engaged with the longer
wadding holding ribs 43 on the barrel 4 so as to prevent the supply pipe 7 from rotating.
[0033] In particular, as shown in FIG. 6, an inner wall 73 is provided inside the end part
opposite to the pen tip 5 in the outer cylinder body. 72, the top end part of the ink cartridge
2 being inserted between the inner wall 73 and the outer cylinder body 72. The internal
thread 74 to be engaged with the external thread 213 on the ink cartridge 2 so that the ink
cartridge 2 is attached to the supply pipe 7 is provided on the inner surface of the end part

opposite to the pen tip 5 in the supply pipe 7. And, the lid opening rib 75 to butt against
the lid body 22 so as to push the lid body 22 and open is provided integrally with the inner
wall 73. That is, distance between the lid opening rib 75 having an opener plate 76 as a
opener body described below and the outer cylinder body 72 as a side wall of the writing
implement main body 1 is set to be approximately equal to thickness of a side wall of the
container body 2. The diameter of the end part opposite to the pen tip 5 is smaller than
adjacent portions in the supply pipe 7, the engagement of the end part with a ridge
provided on the barrel 4 prevents the supply pipe 7 from corning off.

neighborhood of an edge part of the lid body 22 through the screwing operation of the ink
cartridge 2 and the cover 3 so as to displace the lid body 22 from the sealing attitude (P),
and a positioning plate 77 as a positioning body provided integrally with an opener plate
76 to position the lid body 22 so that the lid body 22 assumes the raised attitude (Q)
orthogonal to the sealing attitude (P) at the end of the screwing operation. Also, as
shown in FIG. 6, the opener plate 76 has an end face 78 that is formed to protrude further
than the adjacency so as to contact with the Hd body 22.
[0035] Now mounting/uninounting procedure of the ink cartridge 2 and the cover 3
on/from the writing implement main body 1 and action of each of the parts according to
this embodiment are going to be described.
[0036] When mounting the ink cartridge 2 and the cover 3 on the writing implement
main body 1, first, the driving recess 32 of the cover 3 is engaged with the driven projection
212 of the ink cartridge 2 by the concavo-convex engagement in a state where the bottom
end part of the ink cartridge 2 is inserted into the cover 3. Next, the screwing operation
force is applied to engage the external thread 31 on the cover 3 with the internal thread 44

on the barrel 4 of the writing implement main body 1. In this situation, since the driven
projection 212 exists in front of the driving recess 32 along the screwing direction, the
driving recess 32 and the driven projection 212 butt against each other and the screwing
operation force is transmitted from the cover 3 to the ink cartridge 2 so that the external
thread 213 on the ink cartridge 2 is engaged with the internal thread 74 on the supply pipe
7 of the writing implement main body 1. Thus, the cover 3 and the ink cartridge 2 are
screwed to the barrel 4 and the supply pipe 7, respectively.
[0037] Also, simultaneously with the above action, the lid body 22 moves from the
sealing attitude (F) l:n the raised attitude (Q) as the ink cartridge 2 rotates and comes close
to the UU opening rib 75 of the supply pipe 7 while the ink cartridge 2 is getting mounted.
A series of actions of the lid opening rib 75 and the lid body 22 at this time is indicated in
FIG. 7 and follows in detail.
[0038] As shown in FIG. 4 and indicated by the leftmost exemplum in FIG. 7, the lid
body 22 approaches to begin with and takes a press starting position at which a certain
neighborhood of the edge part of the lid body 22 contacts with the end face 78 of the
opener plate 76 as soon as the screwing operation of the cover 3 is started. When the
screwing operation proceeds just like that, as indicated by the second exemplum from the
left in FIG. 7, the lid body 22 begins to turn about a virtual axis passing through two
opposite points that each deviate from the certain neighborhood of the edge part by 90
degrees in the circumferential direction. With the further proceeding of the screw
operation, as indicated by the third exemplum from the left in FIG. 7, the position of the
end face 78 gradually approaches the virtual axis, therefore the lid body 22 further turns
contacting with an end part 76a of the opener plate 76 and an end part 77a of the
positioning plate 77 so that inclination of the lid body 22 increases. Then, as indicated by
the rightmost exemplum in FIG. 7, the opener plate 76 reaches the virtual axis on the two

points or goes beyond the virtual axis, thereby the positioning plate 77 is brought into
surface contact with the lid body 22 in a state where not only the end part 77a but also the
lid body 22 is in the raised attitude (Q) at the end of the screwing operation where it has
rotated by about 90 degrees from the press starting position. In some instances, the
positioning plate 77 pushes the lid body 22 in the raised attitude (Q) so that the lid body 22
is pressed against the internal face 21a of the cartridge main body 21 and maintained in the
raised attitude (Q). Thus, the lid body 22 assumes the raised attitude (Q) and does not
become an obstacle, the ink being the contents is able to arrive at the wadding 6 from the
Outer cylinder hndy 72 via the supply pipe main budy 71 stably.
[0039] Further, in order to enhance reliability of the ink cartridge 2 to seal the contents in,
one of the cartridge main body 21 and the lid body 22 has the non-rubbing clo3ely-conlactl
faces X for sealing the ink that not are rubbed against the other while, in a manufacturing
process of the ink cartridge 2, the lid body 22 is getting inserted to seal the ink as the
contents in, but are brought into close contact with the other according to the embodiment.
The non-rubbing closely-contact faces X provided on the cartridge main body 21 and the
lid body 22 in advance are detailed below with reference to FIGs. 8 to 12.
[0040] As shown in FIGs. 8 and 9, the first ridge 221 and the second ridge 222 are
provided on the lid body 22, and besides the lid catching rib 214 as the engaging ridge is
provided on the cartridge main body 21 as the container body, the first ridge 221 and the
second ridge 111 seal in the state of pmching the lid catching rib 214. Hence, the lid body
22 is brought into close contact with the cartridge main body 21 continuously in whole
circumference at three segments: between the backward slant 224 and the inner...slant 215,
between the forward slant 225 and the outer slant 216, and between the top face 226 and
the internal face 21a adjacent to the outer slant 216 in the cartridge main body 21. In other
words, triple seals exist at the three segments. The inner slant 215, the backward slant 224

and the forward slant 225 of those become the non-rubbing closely-contact faces X that not
are rubbed against the other in the process in which the lid body 22 is placed to the sealing
attitude (P) so as to seal the ink as the contents in the ink cartridge 2 but are brought into
close contact with the other when in the sealing attitude (P).
[0041] Next, movement of each of the parts in the process in which the lid body 22 is
placed to the sealing attitude (P) so as to seal the ink as the contents in the ink cartridge 2 is
going to be described with reference to FIGs. 10 to 12. As shown in FIGs. 10, while the
first ridge 221 of the lid body 22 moves toward the lid catching rib 214, only the top face
226 i3 mainly rubbed agajnst the internal face 21a of the cartridge main body 21, and the
first ridge 221 does not touch the cartridge main body 21 at the same time because the
protrusion measure of the second ridge 222 is larger than the protrusion measure of the
first ridge 221 by 0.1 mm. As shown in FIGs. 11, when the first ridge 221 climbs onto the
lid catching rib 214, the forward slant 223 of the first ridge 221 is temporarily rubbed
against the outer slant 216 of the lid catching rib 214. On the other hand, the backward
slant 224 of the first ridge 221 and the forward slant 225 of the second ridge 222 do not
touch any parts of the cartridge main body 21 at this time. Then, the lid body 22 is in the
sealing attitude (P) illustrated in FIG. 12 as soon as the first ridge 221 climbs over the top of
the lid catching rib 214. Only from that moment, the backward slant 224 of the first ridge
221 and the inner slant 215 of the lid catching rib 214 come into close contact with, each
other, and besides the forward slant 225 of the second ridge 222 and the outer slant 216 of
the lid catching rib .214 come into close contact with each other. Thus, the inner slant 215
of the lid .catching rib 214, the backward slant 224 of the first ridge 221, and the forward .
slant 225 of the second ridge 222 are the non-rubbing closely-contact faces X in the sealing
attitude (P).
[0042] Since the second ridge 222 is formed higher than the first ridge 221, the lid body 22

do not touch the internal face 21a that is closer to the pen tip 5 than the lid catching rib 214
in the cartridge main body 21 at all until the moment at which the top face 226 is brought
into close contact with the internal face 21a of the cartridge main body 21. Therefore the
part of the internal face 21a is also a non-rubbing closely-contact face X.
[0043] According to the embodiment, with such configuration as described above, the
problem that the lid body 22 released from the sealing attitude (P) prevents the ink from
moving out of the cartridge main body 21 is solved by positioning the lid body 22 at the
raised attitude (Q), and stable using of the ink is obtained.

with the opener plate is disengaged, the lid body 22 turns about the virtual axis running

pressing the lid body until arriving at the axis while the opener plate rotates relatively by
90 degrees or more pressing the lid body. Consequently the lid body 22 can certainly
move into the raised attitude (Q).

smooth turning motion of the lid body 22 after that is encouraged.

unevenness occur by rubbing a lid body and a container body against each other when

the diameter of the lid body may be set unreasonably large in order to avoid the leakage.
However, the leakage cannot completely be prevented because of a capillary phenomenon
or the like as long as the minute flaws or unevenness exist even if the lid body is strongly
pressed against the container. Furthermore, if the diameter, of the lid body is set
excessively large so that the lid body is pressed against the container more strongly than
necessary, not only the minute flaws or unevenness may remarkably occur but also the lid
body cannot always open when using the cartridge. Thereby the lid body may interfere

with flowing of the contents when it is in use and prevent the contents from being
normally used. Therefore it is conceived to provide the non-rubbing closely-contact faces
X in this embodiment, the above problem is solved.

CLAIMS
1. A cartridge mounting structure to mount a cartridge on a main body with
screwing operation, characterized in that
the cartridge comprising:
a container body to contain contents; and
a lid body to seal the contents in the container body assuming a sealing
attitude,
the main body comprising:
an opener body to press a neighborhood of an edge part of the lid body
through the screwing operation so as to displace the lid body from the sealing
attitude; and
a positioning body to position the lid body so that the lid body assumes a
raised attitude orthogonal to the sealing attitude at the end of the screwing
operation.
2. The cartridge mounting structure according to claim 1,
wherein the screwing operation ends in a state where the opener body has
rotated through the screwing operation by 90 degrees or more from a press starting
position at which the opener body contacts with the lid body to press.
3. The cartridge mounting structure according to claim 1 or 2,
wherein distance between a side wall of the main body and the opener body
is set to be approximately equal to thickness of a side wall of the container body.
4. The cartridge mounting structure according to claim 1, 2 or 3,
wherein the positioning body is integrated with the opener body.

5. The cartridge mounting structure according to claim 1, 2, 3 or 4,
wherein one of the container body and the lid body has a non-rubbing
closely-contact face that not is rubbed against the other while the lid body is getting
inserted into the container body to seal the contents in but is brought into close
contact with the other, the non-rubbing closely-contact face seals the contents in.
6. The cartridge mounting structure according to claim 5,
wherein the lid body has a plurality of sealing ridges to seal in a state of
pinching an engaging ridge provided in a predetermined location of the container
body from inner and outer sides.
7. The cartridge mounting structure according to claim 6,
wherein the sealing ridges include a first ridge that is inserted first and a
second ridge that is inserted after when getting inserted, a backward slant formed on
the back side in an inserting direction of the first ridge and a forward slant formed
on the front side in the inserting direction of the second ridge are the non-rubbing
closely-contact faces to be brought into close contact with the engaging ridge.
8. The cartridge mounting structure according to claim 7,
wherein protrusion measure of the second ridge is set larger than protrusion
measure of the first ridge.
9. The cartridge mounting structure according to claim 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8,
wherein the contents is ink of a writing implement.
